Kinda did. Hader played the character on the Documentary Now series in the second season: "Mr. Runner Up: My Life as an Oscar Bridesmaid" Very funny and worth your time.
You know that it killed Ross in a couple of ways, one, because of that very impressive "Jana", and 2 , that someone who just did the roast on the side, was sooo much better than him.
I highly recommend listening to his appearance on Conan O’Brien Needs a friend. Give a whole new perspective to what he does and how he approaches it. Seems like a really sweet guy.
