- Join me as I head to Parc Saint Paul in France for my first ever visit! The park opened in 1983 and has expanded to include 7 roller coasters including the absolutely awesome Wood Express that opened in 2018. In this vlog I share my full review along with on ride POV's from all 7 of the different coasters. I also check out many of the other different rides and share plenty of on ride footage.
I was also lucky enough to go behind the scenes on Wood Express, ride a fantastic dinosaur themed log flume and much more in this action packed vlog!

Cool video
Hi shawn lovely park. Wow how great that you were able to go behind the scenes and dispatch the coaster. I love that you take us all round and show us everything. Great vlog shawn xxx
24:42 i can remember you have been on the one at Gröna Lund, Tuff tuff tåget
Nice vlog, Wood Express looks great and it must be so much fun. Great footage Shawn.
Imagine seeing this guy talk to himself while you’re just chillin at the park 😂😂😂
you’re the man G, keep makin that fire 💯
What a great park. An excellent vlog as usual. That wooden coaster shows that a coaster doesn't need to be tall or really fast to be fantastic. Icon taught me that rule lol.
That haunted walkthrough was ace, great little find!
I love your videos sooooo much and it is very fun to see your reaction onride and the pov of the coasters💖
Home from work early, and a new theme park, plus a behind the scenes look, nice work
Loved that coaster..wood express... and I loved th3 walk through horror house and the funky pole/disc thing that you rode.. and spun on...lol.. I even liked the formula one coaster... it looked like fun.. lots of unique experiences... TFS.
That wood coaster looks way better than twister. Twister has its charm and is impressive for what it is though. Familiar sound from those trains :)
I like how Wood Express blurs the line between family and thrill coaster. We need a Planet Coaster re-creation of it.
When I saw the go pro strapped to your chest in the thumbnail, I knew it was going to be a good day. Lots of fun rides. And re-rides! Cool spooky dark ride. Water rides. The works! Throw in a couple goats, and a behind-the-scenes excursion, and you've got a crackerjack vlog! In fact, I enjoyed it so much, I won't bring up the hat.
Saw
I had to watch you ride the pole track ride a second time.. lol.. just loved watching! I also saw the horror walk through a second time ....so good!
Thanks!
That was really nice of the stuff member to do that. How lovely.
Tours of parks like this is why I subscribe
Another great vlog, POV's are great.
I love the boat ride round the park, I haven't done anything like that outside the Magic Kingdom.. so beautiful
Great vids lately Shawn! Looking forward to seeing your USA trip!
The last time I was on a spinning Coaster, we span the whole way around and barely braked enough coming back to the station. We were braked twice. This was the hoppings last year! Can't wait to go back this year too!
That looks so amazing! Can't wait to visit the USA to film with my 360 cam in rollercoasters! Nice video man.
woooow your Taron onride looks so good!
Hopewhen I catch up on the vlogs Charlotte is on them. Great vlog. Great rollercoasters. The scary walkthrough wow even I jumped twice lol and im watching.
I love these parks I've not heard of... Not really a roller-coaster enthusiast but I do like going on rides, once I calm myself down before going on haha
It looks like a really nice little park and a great vlog Shawn 👌🏻👍🏻😁
Thank you!
That hybrid is EXACTLY what pleasurewood hills needs!
That queue of Wood Express reminds me a lot of the queue of Roar-O-Saurus at Story Land
Looks a charming little park. Wood Express and the Haunted walkthrough look excellent.
Another great vlog Shawn and the behind the scenes of coaster thumbs up
La Souris Verte = The Green Mouse. 🐭
T français
Hello Shawn, just to let you know that a new ride has been built at Adventure Island. It is named Axis, the ride spins you around quite fast whilst the seats are spinning. I highly recommended you going back to Adventure Island this year because of that ride.
I had never heard of this park until you uploaded this video! Wood express looks an amazing coaster but it looks really rough! When are you going to Toverland again?
Love a long vlog like this with povs 🎢
I hope small parks look at Wood express and get inspired. We need more gravity group in Europe.Great to see this park doing better after some accidents in the past.
This is a very cute family park
Another really fun vlog swing you experience a brand New park!
Very great vlog. Very good job ! And you film everything. Congratulations.
Love yours and coaster crazy’s vlogs x
The name of the spinner coaster Shawn is The green mouse! :) I studied french so I can translate parts of the language 😂
I can speak french too
That first coaster (wooden one) really needs some theming. It looks like a carnival (or fairground) ride that's only there temporarily, when it's so much more than that. Even some grass at the supports would help.
I loved Saint Paul, but that reminded of another nice little park,110 miles from Saint Paul, which mostly resembles asterix for some reason, and it’s called Festyland.its might be a small park, but really,I had a perfect day here with my cousins and I believe you to will get here and all of the riders who read this, might come to the park one day,and will have a fun day here.firstly, the park looks nice.it reminded me a little bit of asterix because of its theming which is sorta similar, with its Viking like theming, but it’s a pretty nice theming for a small park, and don’t worry, the attractions, while not the best, are thrilling too, they have a zamperla airplane ride which themed to hammers,a frisbee, water rafts and many more stuff to do.
There are even 2 coasters here, both manufactured by Soquet and they are neat too:
1066:this is the more thrilling out of the two,it was build in 2005 and based about an historical battle of hasting, and although it’s an obscure coaster in the community,it’s really exited expectations, the theming here is pretty cool and the layout combines good air with thrilling turns and even some head choppers, although like a traditional Soquet it can be snappy in some places,it’s ride overall is great.
Drakkar Express:another Soquet coaster, this one opened in 1997 and it is their family coaster with a pretty nice theming and environment, the trains are looking good and the ride is quiet fun,not the best but still a fun family coaster that you might enjoy.
So yea,the park is small, and when I came, there were little wait times for rides, the staff was friendly and the food was good,I really want everybody to come to see this place,it might not be the best, but it’s underrated, and for you Shawn, you might spend here a nice time and give us,the viewers what great park this is.
The wild ride looked very bumpy. 😁😁😁
Omg. So funny. You spinning:)
Great vlog, I didn't expect you to do such a big road trip, especially just before the USA giga trip!
However I think that the Wacky Worm at Astoria Village in Italy looks much better!
Thanks for watching!
Another amazing video!!
That scare building looked really good
Awesome 👏 vlog again Shawn
Another great Vlog Shawn
Never knew you dispatched at Alton! Wow! Must be fantastic!
The woodie looks really really good
I'm from france and parc saint paul is my best theme park since i was 3.
I hope you have an amazing time in the US!
Hi, this is a great vlog!
La Souris Verte means the Green Mouse
great vlog , though thumbnail made me wonder what the heck is he wearing? :D Wood Express opened last year? Looks like it opened this week :P Sure in a ~year they could get some theming around. Looks like a REALLY good coaster though :) the hunted house was amazing!
Hi Shawn hope you have a good visit in America
Wood express Is a really good family coaster, really enjoyed It, especially in the back
It sure is awesome!
When I first looked at the thumbnail I though it was the flying fish 😂
I love the old fashion big wheels
Fantastic vlog Shawn
Great vlog, dont know where you find the time to edit and upload your videos while travelling constantly!
Jack Hughes I think they are all uploaded after the trip is done. Maybe wrong, he will reply to you.
I usually edit on an evening after park close!
Heyyyyy!!!! Love your vlogs!
I am watching this 20 mins before I have to go to paultons park lol
She looks happy at 6:34!
This is a fun, family park!
I think that swinging pole contraption could count as a coaster credit!!
I love your videos! Seem like such a nice friendly lad.
Thanks for your kind words!
Really wish we had a couple of Gravity Group coasters like Wood Express here in the UK
Gravity group is underrated
Looks like a nice park. I might have to do a road trip like you.
Been enjoying your videos allot love the enthousiasme. Hope i can meet you and maybe ride a coaster 😁 keep up the good work
Thanks Steve
I’ve just found out that they are building a flamingo land coast in Scarborough and they’ve started building it earlier this week
Thanks for the information!
The man doesn't sleep
Took my boys here in 2011, was staying nearby & they wanted to go to EuroDisney, but this was cheaper!lol! 😂 Also near here is Pierrefonds Castle, or Camelot as it was used when filming Merlin!lol!x
i like this park was very nice thank you shawn
The one that featured Blackpool’s wild mouse is called ‘the green mouse’
Looks brilliant
The strange stand up ride without restraints, has caused a few conversations regarding whether it is a coaster or not? Looks like a fun way to get some exercise. 😂😂😂
Am sure the black and white picture on the 'wild train' is one of the very first roller coasters, it looks like it's been pulled up by steel wire, then it releases the train, down a the hill, but I could be wrong, great vlog
Great Parc and Great vlog Shawn!! When are you going to meet up with The Tim Tracker? I'd like to see you, Charlotte, Jenn and Tim together in a themepark vlog!!!
That would be awesome!
Chicken kebab and a themepark worldwide vlog😁 Thanks Shawn you fulfil my evenings 🤗☺
Love the vids
Hope you had a good time
Hey there is a nice little place in Arizona named Castles and Coaster.... Even tho there is only 2 coasters it's a pretty fun place.... U should check it out sometime in ur life(there is also a log flume)
Yes new vlog
That wooden coaster looked smooth
I rode a Wacky Worm coaster.
It was ridiculously fun.
Great Vlog, but you should you know your coaster history.
Those historical photos at the Wild Train at 18:41 are of the first roller coaster ever to exit in - The Mauch Chunk Switchback R.R. Pennsylvania
I have never even heard of it!
This park looks like a large and good fun fair
looks a nice park that does
I loved this one I am french and would love to go to this park and bump into you and help you out with pronunciations.
That haunted walkthrough.... You know... FOR KIDS. XD
That looks like a fun place
I love your videos 📹
Thanks!
The park your thinking of with a similar ride is gronuland Sean 😀😀
Based on the videos I've seen, Wood Express has a Fun Spot vibe.
They was one of those crazy spinning house in Seoul land in South Korea ,
you're a drop tower snob, just like me haha
1:03:06 did you operate any roller-coasters at Alton Towers when you worked there? Just curious
I have done before
New quote...
#strokethegoat
I would love a gravity group coaster in the uk, big or small
