Thank you for posting this. While changing the map lights in a different manner (taking the frosted cover off). One of the sockets pushed up into the housing. Watching your video showed me how to remove the entire cover and re-position the socket. Thanks again!
The reason why we didn't go through that way is because it's just as quick with no risk of damage to the housing, as opposed to popping the diffused lens. The bulbs are also much easier to remove once taken out from the socket.

Would love some RGBW DRLs, similar to the supra
I thought the red housing on the bottom was a reflector not a fog/brake light. Was this aftermarket?
It's the factory light assembly!
@@iilumo the factory light assembly came with the bulb? or was that aftermarket?
@@kenken8999 This is the Australian spec GR86 so it's either standard or an OEM option.
You know that you can just remove the white diffuser for the map lights with a pry tool rather than the whole trim piece

Yeah but on the Automatic your risking damage to the EyeSight Cameras
@@CPTRANGAmy manual has got the eyesight cams too.
Dumbest way to change a light. Pro videography nd editing can mask anything
A bunch of Aliexpress LED bulbs for AUD $222.99?
