2023 Yamaha MT-10, XSR900 and YZF-R7 brake lever install

Here is finally what you have been waiting for. How to fit lower priced yet good quality "knock off" FXCNC levers onto your 2022 & 2023 Yamaha YZF-R7 and XSR900 and the MT-10 and MT-10SP
R17 is the brake lever adaptor that is needed and then you can order yourself up the set of levers from FXCNC for the 2021 to 2023 MT09. Gives you option colors and styles as long as you use the R17 adaptor which is normally sold for R7 with folding style.
No need for the expensive levers such as AVS and Gilles Tooling etc.. these with this set up with provide you with the same comfort and performance and save you from wasting your moneys...

Good vid I was unsure if the original plunger could be detached just one point on knock off levers pull them very hard to make sure they dont trigger adjustment I had some on a speed triple let me down by clicking one notch closer which reduced my braking while coming up behind a slow moving car it almost wiped me out

God they really screwed up the r7 im noticing the more i try to modify my r7. Exhaust needed a full system. Intergrated tail required sautering wires instead of plug n play. Fairings are built in push clips instead of external push pins. I love the bike but man it really makes me regret it.

I totally know what you mean !!! It's a labyrinth and a matrix all in one !!! To do anything, the whole bike almost needs to be stripped !!! I installed a Yoshimura exhaust for one of my riding buddies and it was a very frustrating time ! And you best take lots of pictures of where each fastener goes cause there are so many different types ! LoL... anyways hope i helped you out at least for the levers ! One can buy specific ones at a crazy high price or go my route !... 4000kms and still works perfect !!!
