- The perfect answer when you can’t choose between garlic bread and bruschetta. You guys have really been enjoying these kinds of videos and I'm so glad! I just love sharing all knds of food inspo to get you excited to cook and eat!
There’s no real recipe for this but some estimates are down below!
1 Loaf of Ciabatta
4 Cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
Pinch of Hot Pepper Flakes
10oz of Thinly Sliced Mozzarella
Handful of Grated Parm
2.5 cups of Diced Tomatoes

Putting chopped ingredients in the refrigerator does change the flavor, and I always question when it's okay to leave them on the counter during preparing a meal. So helpful!
