Ran with one of these for awhile. In hard rock it couldn’t keep up. Mix in a bit of wet dirt or clay and it would jam up tight. The rock in my area is so hard it would jump around in the jaw and sometimes shoot about 20 feet out of the jaw. We would be flipping the jaw every other week.
That is a very impressive machine. We have been looking into renting a small machine for a couple of days but even a very small one is a lot of money to rent over here
This is very cathartic to watch after seeing a video of a Chinese Brand "Build Bionic" Mini Rock crusher struggle to crush rocks and function properly.
Jumpins. The rock crusher never even slowed down, on those big ones. 😳. But you could tell it was soft rock by the way they cracked open. Big business there Case. Lots of solar panels.
The fines conveyor isn’t turned on so all the fines builds up on the conveyor and takes away the effectiveness of the grizzlys and it pushes everything through the jaw.
Those rock crusher are crazy! Super cool seeing it run.
Thank you sir 🙏

I believe it. Rocks are seriously tough. The crushing equipment needs to be even tougher.
First time seeing a crusher up close, pretty impressive 👍🏻, thanks for sharing Case 👍🏻🙋🏼♂️🙂
You’re welcome sir!

👍
Impressive.
Yes sir 💪🏻
Why doesn't the machine separate the dirt from the rock?
I don’t know. It may be a setting option
@BuildALotAcres What I mean is...wouldn't it be important to sort the dirt from the rock?
@@texasboy2005 For what he sells the processed product as it doesn’t make a difference. It’s used as a base for roads, driveways, and foundations
Needs a prescreener to take muck out and leave clean stone only.
@@Shaneg-tu7gtI appreciate the info
Could old discarded concrete be put through that?
As long as it wasn't reinforced with any metal I'm sure the machine would chew it up. Legality wise, I don't know
I was just curious... Tons of old concrete around that could be turned into good packing gravel for lanes and farm yards and on and on. Thank you.
@@brentreid7031 I completely agree. I just wanted to make a “disclaimer” to be safe. 🍻
@@BuildALotAcres Or put the metal fragments through and open yourself a tire shop LOL.
Most portable crushers have a magnetic belt that pulls the rebar out an throws it to the side
How much mini crasher
Good
So dangerous touching those large boulders. Easy enough for a stone to break and snag your clothes and in you go - for what? Stay safe friend.
Thank you for the concern 🙏👍

Yes sir! There’s a few businesses in there, including a scrap yard.
Why you feeding all that dirt to your crushers don't your grizzly bars work
Not my operation. Thanks
How much is your crusher machine?

It was stated in the video @@dennisantimano2410
