I told myself I was going to clean house and do laundry today. Then I watched your totally inspiring video during breakfast. I now have a completed book with a dozen pockets that all need to be filled, a clean bathroom and lots of dirty laundry. And I’m really ok with that! You made my day! Thank you for sharing your goodness!
A year later…I have to agree with this sentiment. I DID manage to transplant, garden, water because I KNEW, once I clicked newly-discovered Treasure Books…I was doomed! SO, plants safe from rising heat, now time for me to play-with-paper!
Natasa, as much as I admire your creative spirit, the best part of your videos is listening to your stream-of-consciousness narration. It makes me imagine sitting with you in your craft room as you create, just chatting away about whatever comes to mind in complete honesty and without inhibition. (And, you're right. It does remind me of a butt.) ~ Lisa
I've been watching your videos for weeks... many of them over and over again. You have inspired a new passion in me to create beautiful things. I can't tell you how much I love your videos. They are done so perfectly... your creations are so beautiful and your commentary makes me giggle sometimes.. how you say, " oh that's good enough.. wait.. no I think i'll add just this little bit". I have created my very first journal... it's a work in progress but I know that in time they will get better and better because your instructions are so easy to follow and as you say " the possibilities are endless"!! Thank you for sharing your passion with us... it's been a blessing and I will be subscribed and watching for new videos for a very long time to come.
Cyndie, can I just copy and paste what you said? I may as well as this is exactly what has been happening for me too haha And yes I love your comments Natasa!! Love having a giggle because you are saying what we think!
Here is your report card: Always interesting A+ Excellent teacher A+ Sense of humor A+ Very creative A+ Original A+ Appeals to beginners and the more experienced A+ Years ago I was searching for something on UA-cam and saw your channel. I remember thinking, I wonder what a Treasure Book is? I love books and love to read so I watched you take a book apart. I was horrified, but also very curious. Two or three more videos and I was hooked. I started making my own treasure books! I have had a life long love of paper but never had a creative outlet. I subscribed to every channel there was on making junk journals. After all these years your channel is the only one I still watch. I get so excited when you post a new one. I have seen every one of your videos multiple times and I never get tired of going back and looking at them and getting inspired all over again. Keep doing what you do. I’m sure all of your other subscribers feel just like I do. You are the best!
I'm obsessed with your channel! The first thing I do every Saturday morning, while everyone's still asleep, is I go the basement and cuddle myself in a wrap, hot drink in hand, and settle in to watch your latest episode. From what I've learned from this tutorial, I am now making my husband a birthday "booklet/card" and will get our kids and some of his close friends to write a birthday greeting on tags to fill the booklet with (his birthday is in April which affords me a bit of time to pull it all together). I have some beautiful masculine paper - marble, brick, wood grain, etc. with which I'm making it. Thanks again Natasha - your instructions are so clear and I chuckle at your one-liners. I have watched (almost) each episode multiple times. I know, very distracting from my 'day job'. haha
great idea!! For Christmas I made my sons each a booklet and put scratch tickets of varying sizes throughout and included some other paper items. They enjoyed them.
@@joannepeyton1654 Thanks for the idea Joanne! There are some childhood pics of him floating around here so I'm going to scan and print one or two of those, make them into tuck spots or any number of other things.
Another creative project. I so enjoy your videos and your commentary. And yes, don’t we all enjoy shopping for bits and bins to use in our journals. I like how you use every day things, without spending a whole lot; how you encourage us to use up those smaller cut offs of paper - nothing goes to waste. Thank you for being you.
I love the idea to scour my house for unused items, trash, cardboard and gather them in my newly created “JJ boxes” !!!! Cant wait to sit down and assemble my trash into Treasure!! ❤❤❤
We live full time in our caravan, so journaling is a challenge. (Every day I need to pack everything up, so my poor husband can join me lol!). When I saw all of your charms, it made me (nearly), wish I had a craft room!! I just loved them, so much fun!! Would be fun to see your craft room!! ❤️❤️
Natasha, I really love your videos. I love your accent and listening to you. You have inspired me to start making emphera and all sorts of pockets, etc. I just love it all and can't wait to start. I don't journal myself but know many who do. Love, love, love your journals. I am 73 years young and live in Australia and paint, draw, crochet, and mosiac. Journals will be a new string to my bow. I laughed when you talked about Bob's your uncle. The rest of it is: And Jerry's under the dresser. The jerry is the china pot or night time urinal, which was kept under the bed. 😂😂😂 love you, keep going.
You are a true crafter. I see your love of crafting and hearing you speak about your boxes of charms and having more than three. I said to myself, “she is a true crafter”. You have items waiting to be put away and projects you are working on are out. I loved hearing you say that. My husband doesn’t get it. Like you said, the room may look a mess, but I know where everything is. I really love your tag booklet. I can’t wait to get mine started. You are so creative and I just love your videos❤️!!!!!
I just found a box of my parents' old photos that I need to share with my siblings. I think I'll make some of these too put the special pivots in! Thank you Natasa!
You do so much and have such a brilliant energy. Thank you for spending the time to create these beautiful ideas and then editing the videos to make them so entertaining. I’m sure it can all be so overwhelming at times but we appreciate all of your efforts ❤
You are such an inspiration, Natassa! I pray you have as many blessings as you give us...and more. This is an adorable project and I love all the giggles you give us.
OMG!!! I cracked up so loud when she said "butt" ...my hubby and kids looked at me and asked what's so funny! Thank you Natasa for making me laugh! 🤣😂🤣
I have been watching your videos for a few months . I LOVE them. So many people dont show a good pic at the beginning of what they are going to make .. but you always do. It is wonderful. I love your commentary, so real. You make me smile. I have been making altered books and junk journals. I use so many of your tips and projects. I am working on the "pocket" book. ( as well as 3 junk mail envelope" journals.) I am obsessed. Thank you for your generous sharing of Information and your beautiful "treasure books"
I love how quick and easy your booklets are to make. I love that you don’t have all the fancy bits and bobs and you use up what you have. I love how you always give heaps of ideas for what you can use them for. Thank you so much! You are a treasure!
I could watch your videos 100 times each & never be bored! I'm just getting started in this & it has helped me so much with a nerve problem..the hobby helps me..but YOU help me too. You are the best artist on you tube in "treasure books" & just really fun to spend time with. I think you'd be a really good friend. Oh!! And your hands & nails are beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us! It's great! God Bless you & your family! 💙🙏
LOL, Natasa. I love your personality. The heart punch"for some reason, it keeps reminding me of..." (awww, her husband, I'm thinking) "a butt." You are so funny, and I love your creativity. TFS!
Another cool idea! I think this would be a great addition to a larger journal. It can hold additional ephemera as well as tags. Thank you for the inspiration! ♥️
Thank you so much for all you do. Your tutorials are very easy to follow. I am 66 years young and started junk journals last year so you could say I am a newbie. I have been a quilter and embroiderer for 45 years. I did not think I would discover a new passion later in my life! Thank you for sharing your videos. It has helped me tremendously. You are very enjoyable to watch! Take care and be safe! Mary Suzanne from British Columbia Canada
The first thing I do when I wAke up Saturdays is look for your notification 🤣 Is not even healthy at this point 🤣🤣🤣 Natasha I love everything you do and how you explained it. I wish you were my friend, neighbor or family member 😩😭 I'll be over your house every single day to bother you 🫣🤣🤣 Thanks for sharing your amazing crafting skills with us. This is my happy lil corner where I come and distressed for a little while, Thanks so much for your valuable time 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️
So happy I found your videos, always beautifully done. The projects are great but I also love how you promote upcycling and thrift shops. Thanks again.
I totally related to your description of a craft room. It's a relief to hear that I'm not alone in the world. You described it as if you were a fly on my wall!
I thought of a great solution for thumb notches, I was wanting one larger and more shallow than a half circle. I used a "protractor" like from school supplies. Inexpensive and you can adjust the size according to hiw far down from top. It's a game changer no longer need to buy larger punch
Thank you so much I enjoyed watching your charm boxes seemed as if I were with you going through all the beautiful stash, tags, paper projects, etc. Beautiful tag pockets🌺
These are brilliant! Love them. Guess I'll be makig these tomorrow. Honestly, if I HAD to pick only ONE channel to watch,...it would be Yours, Natasha! You are VERY SPECIAL! I've been watching you for 2&1/2 years now! Thanks for the awesome video. Hugs from Austin TX USA
Natasha, these little tag books are a fantastic way to use up any spare 8 x 8 pads you have knocking about but rarely use!! I did think the PEACOCK blue feather would have gone nicely on the laminated tag book as 2 of the butterflies had a similar colour! Loved looking through your charms box, yes I have these but I also keep some in large glass pickle or coffee jars too! Absolutely love your work you're my absolute favourite crafter as you generate so much inspiration! Thank you SO MUCH. ❤️Love from Nottinghamshire, UK. ❤️
Love this project. Also love your off handed comments. They make me laugh. Your nails are beautiful and do match!! Thanks for sharing your organized stash..very interesting. I'll never be neat and organized like you, but I keep trying!!😊
Natasha, you do a wonderful job with these little journals. I've made several of these over the years. Have one very elaborate or one just simple. They are so much fun! Another thing you could use is fabric for the outside, it's fun😅😅😅 too, just a idea. Oh use old playing cards decorate them etc. 😮Oh and maybe keys for the charms, like from old jewelry boxes or from old suitcases etc. I love making them! Thanks for sharing!❤
You just amaze me with your creativity and clear instructions! I actually tell myself that I can do whatever project you are doing! 😊 So glad I can always find the video to watch over and over! Thank you!
Another amazing and achievable craft idea, I have watched a ton of crafting videos, but yours are the best and your channel is the only paper crafting channel I am subscribed to!!!! Again, hands down, the best channel for paper crafting! 💖📗📒📁🗓🗒🤗😊🛍🦚🍁🌿👍💖
I could tell when I saw the beginning of this that I wanted to do one so that I could remember how to do it. So I did it alongside you. I really really like this. I will get faster with it the next time that I know what to do now. As always thank you!😊
I love your show and tell of charms bits and bobs. I could watch this all day. For your feathers, dye them with the alcohol inks you made. U can bleach them and dye them too so the colors don’t stop you from using them. I love these tag books. I am struggling just to finish a folder to hold my ephemera stuff. This looks simpler than what I started.
Hello Nastasa! Treasure Books is a perfect name for your site. Each of your videos is a treasure of information & fun! Presently, I want to turn today's treasure into a birthday card for my DIL filled with pictures of memories & things she likes. Thank you muchly. 😊
Another great idea. These would be so much fun to give as happy mail. As well as make a little gifts. I'm always amazed at how you come up with new ideas. Love watching your Channel That's Drew another hundred thousand people. How amazing is that?
Wow- She is another beauty. All the little details & this one is packed full if original! I just love paper - the older the better and you make it look so easy to turn it to treasure. TYFS Love it!!!
I truly enjoy your videos. I love the larger size made from 12×12 just because thats what I have more of. Thanks for sharing your creative ideas. Have a great weekend. Sending love and big hugs Sherry ❤
I felt your honesty was so great! I’m pretty sure my craft room is like other people! Yes, I wouldn’t want to give a tour of mine either! Love how you shared those little Stash boxes of stuff with us!
I love this video and your instructions. I’ve watched it twice and over the last few days have made a attempt at making one. It is a simpler version to be a birthday tag card for my granddaughters 14th birthday. You make it look easier than it is but I powered through. The good thing is that my granddaughter will never notice the uneven edges! Lol! Thank you!
I truly love everything you make, and these gorgeous little tag booklets are beautiful. I love the charms you've chosen for each book too. You're a wonderful artist. Thank you so much for sharing these with us, it's been a joy to watch. Have a lovely week ahead - it is 10.30pm, Sunday, here in the UK. Take care, xx
My craftroom is definitely not like yours! It is 11x20 meters and organized. For every hobby that I have there is a different 'station' and I know where everything is, except for one thing I cannot find anymore. But I also have projects laying everywhere! And I blame you for that 😂 because as soon as I see one of your video's with something new, I want to start making it immediately! So thank you for showing us the most amazing projects!! ❤ Cathy, Namibia
Great tutorial. I think my fav might be the one with sweet on the front as I loved the papers used! Thank you for sharing your stash as you are right it is always nice to see what others have. Hope you have a lovely weekend! Thank you 😊
Hi there I love watching your videos. I have a few suggestions. I am also a seamstress, if you want to make a shank button out of the flat 2 hole button. You take a toothpick and put it underneath the fabric and you can give it some room so you could put your charm on the side. You then remove the toothpick and you have some ease. Another suggestion is you can either tea or coffee dye your bright color feathers. Tone down the brightness and then if that doesn't work to your satisfaction you can also distress the edges like you do paper. Hope these help. ☺️
Dear Nataša, I've just posted a comment on Lolly Palooza's latest video thanking her and you for being here, sharing the details of the beautiful side of life. ❤️ I got emotional this Sunday morning, because the last 6 months were really challenging for me and nothing could wake my interest but you two ladys! 💐 So.. Just one simple - Thanks. 💝
thank you! Every time I watch one of your videos I actually think I could complete the project. But right now I am in the collecting stage (and have been for a while) - I remember you mentioning that you had to stop yourself from going to places as you already have enough stuff - this is definitely me now. But I just love that hit of dopamine when you find a treasure at an op shop and the way your brain thinks of all the possibilities of how to use it - this is part of the creative process in itself right?!. It also helps me to connect to memories I have as I am such a visual person (probably like all of us!). So in saying that, I loved seeing your jewellery stash and I was going to ask you where you find collections that people are selling on FB - is it a group or just marketplace? But then I thought, No GEMMA!!! You must concentrate on actually completing something - like hubby said the other day (and my thoughts exactly) "What!? You are actually going to create something with all this stuff you are collecting?! No Way!" hahahahahaahhaa
This video is a year old but I just came across it for the first time and like all your videos, this one is just as awesome! You always crack me up with the whole butt comments, lol!! You're too funny. Thank you for sharing. You rock Natasha!!
I have never seen that material for book covering in any craft shop here in uk 🇬🇧 its terrible they only sell kits for sewing or kits for painting maybe a small mat pencils paints nothing much more.so we wonder why our kids today have no interest as parents may buy a kit for christmas and directions are scarce complicated thank god i found you.what ever im trying to do what you have done my grandaughter is eager to do.to see her watching your tutorialthen pausing to do what your showing.shes so content and amazed at finish.thank you uk
juhu, we have Saturday and Saturday is Treasure Book Time!!!! I love all Videos. The first Thing I do is to push the Like button and watch the amazing video. I'm in Love
I love this project!! I was going to make my grandson and exploding album, but I might change my mind and make him one of these Tag Booklets. Thank you for the awesome project! ❤
Thank you for the tutorial. I made a little one along with you out of some pretty paper & now I think I need to do some themed sets. I'm always inspired by watching your videos!
Great quick and simple idea - perfect for the time I have free today. If you want a bigger circle for a slot, you could try drawing around a food jar lid, a mug or something bigger than your punch and then cutting round it. TFS 🙂 PS. Love the bum!!!🤭
I am saving this idea in my collection on Pinterest for pockets to give money & gift cards in. Some pockets for tags with that and the rest for photos together with the receiver, humorous wishing messages etc. 5:29 Half heart = butt - useful tip to be remembered for all those valentine days decorations. 25:18 Reminder of usefulness of wine glass charms - on direct purpose and outside of it (I ordered online some immediately).
They are cute and could be used to privately document an event in your life . Something special like an engagement. You could also put a series of photos related to the event
I tried to create something similar on my own, without any research or pattern. It was OK, I learned a lot, but this is exactly what I needed in the end. Thank you for a clear tutorial,& charm 😊 tour.
What a great video! You make things look so easy and a lot of fun! I really enjoy listening to your chit chat with us, and I did enjoy looking through your boxes of stuff!
"What else do people spend money on? Oh, craft supplies." Best quote from today's video. Thank you, Nastasa!
I told myself I was going to clean house and do laundry today. Then I watched your totally inspiring video during breakfast. I now have a completed book with a dozen pockets that all need to be filled, a clean bathroom and lots of dirty laundry. And I’m really ok with that! You made my day! HAHAHA! Hey, I'd certainly always rather craft than clean! Time is short. Better to be CRAFTING!
A year later…I have to agree with this sentiment. I DID manage to transplant, garden, water because I KNEW, once I clicked newly-discovered Treasure Books…I was doomed! SO, plants safe from rising heat, now time for me to play-with-paper!

right before she said it I was thinking it!! haaa

She is an absolutely perfectionist. me, too and that's why I understand her so good.
aptly said!!
My thoughts exactly!
And she is very thorough without talking down to us
Cyndie, can I just copy and paste what you said? I may as well as this is exactly what has been happening for me too haha And yes I love your comments Natasa!! Love having a giggle because you are saying what we think!

A tag book with a side-swept comb-over!!...doesn't get any better than that!
I absolutely love all your tutorials and all of your adorable sayings. Thank you ❤

I love the idea to scour my house for unused items, trash, cardboard and gather them in my newly created “JJ boxes” !!!! Cant wait to sit down and assemble my trash into Treasure!! ❤❤❤
Once again, fabulous!! I made 21 mason jar journaling tags from your last tutorial!! So much fun!! Thank you x

I love your commentary, so real. You make me smile.
I have been making altered books and junk journals. I use so many of your tips and projects. I am working on the "pocket" book. ( as well as 3 junk mail envelope" journals.) I am obsessed.

Those feathers... you could make them into earrings 👍... or a Dreamcatcher 😉. Windchimes.... 😊. I enjoy your colliection of bling pieces ..wow 🧡
Another fab, easy and affordable idea, and I got ideas for dangles too, just by watching your stuff. Cool, thanks for sharing.
Fabulous. I can't wait to make mine!

Your feathers are beautiful and would look stunning on black and white journals. ❤
Great crafty project for this Saturday morning. All I need is coffee.
Dang, everything you create looks so magical ✨
You just amaze me with your creativity and clear instructions! I actually tell myself that I can do whatever project you are doing! 😊 So glad I can always find the video to watch over and over! Thank you!
Another amazing and achievable craft idea, I have watched a ton of crafting videos, but yours are the best and your channel is the only paper crafting channel I am subscribed to!!!! Again, hands down, the best channel for paper crafting! 💖📗📒📁🗓🗒🤗😊🛍🦚🍁🌿👍💖
Loved your charm box....lots of good ideas in there!!!
Thanks so much!
It's so soothing to watch one of your tutorial videos after work or on my day off! ❤
Love this project. Especially the extra loop for a charm. Thank-you for sharing. I’d still love to see your craft, and organizing space ❤
Yes, I just love you work so much I never tire of your videos and would like really like to see your craft stuff and room tour❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hello Nastasa! Treasure Books is a perfect name for your site. Each of your videos is a treasure of information & fun! Presently, I want to turn today's treasure into a birthday card for my DIL filled with pictures of memories & things she likes. Thank you muchly. 😊
Natasha these are so cute 🥰. Thank you 🙏🏻 for sharing your time and talent. Hugs 🤗 Dee
Another great idea. These would be so much fun to give as happy mail. As well as make a little gifts. I'm always amazed at how you come up with new ideas. Love watching your Channel That's Drew another hundred thousand people. How amazing is that?
oh yes i love looking at other people's craft supplies and stuff 😁❤
I think the one with the lady on the cover is my favorite but I love them ALL :D

What a fabulous idea, easy peasy and lovely, thank you ❤
Thank you for showing us your “pretties “ boxes. SO fun.
Really enjoyed looking at "your stuff".
Great tutorial. I think my fav might be the one with sweet on the front as I loved the papers used! Thank you for sharing your stash as you are right it is always nice to see what others have. Hope you have a lovely weekend! Thank you 😊
I love that I feel I’m right there in your craft space. The booklets are great.
I’m addicted to your videos…. I can’t stop watching these treasures making whole day and trying these…😍😍 nicely explained
Thank you so much 😀
love these! 👍🏼👍🏼
Oh Bojana hvala! Thank you so much. I hope its onwards and upwards for you frome here! Wishing you all the best ❤️ Take care!
I could sit and watch your videos all day Natasia! Thank you ❤
You're the best! Thank you 🙏
I loved looking at your charms boxes! I like to see what other people collect too! Thanks for an excellent tutorial!
juhu, we have Saturday and Saturday is Treasure Book Time!!!! I love all Videos. The first Thing I do is to push the Like button and watch the amazing video. I'm in Love
This is a nice project. Like you, I like the look of the slanted interior pockets. I think they would look nice with large round tags in them.
I absolutely love this idea and yours are so pretty. The simplicity is awesome as well.
so lovely tags books !! thank you for sharing the process !!!
ps : I'm jalous of your treasure boxes !!!!
have a nice week-end
Your tutorials are so easy to follow. Thank you for sharing your talent. Hugs.
TFS 🙂
PS.
GREAT idea!!!!
They are cute and could be used to privately document an event in your life . Something special like an engagement. You could also put a series of photos related to the event
I love your creations, they're just beautifully made. You're my #1 creator in all things scrapbooking!! You're the best!!!
I tried to create something similar on my own, without any research or pattern. It was OK, I learned a lot, but this is exactly what I needed in the end. Thank you for a clear tutorial,& charm 😊 tour.
Loved the sneak peek in your charms and bits boxes! Would love to have more sneak peeks of other things you have.
You are so enjoyable to watch and very inspiring. I love these tag books and I love making projects like this.
What a great video! You make things look so easy and a lot of fun! I really enjoy listening to your chit chat with us, and I did enjoy looking through your boxes of stuff!
With you i love top craft and try out new things. I find it so awesome how many ideas you have and how many are still comming
I love this quick & simple idea💖💖👏👏👍 .
