      Glad you think so! Whenever I do a video like this they don't get as many views, so I am hesitant to do them. I get a lot of comments from people saying they like them, so it doesn't seem to add up for some reason.

    Thanks Dana, good info!!! Would be cool to see how you approach and choose a point to fish. like maybe show a break down with a contour map? Just a suggestion, either way keep ‘em coming

      I have been looking around for some graphics so I can do just what you suggested. Everything costs so much and I am on a budget, but I'm working on it!

    If it's one thing I like, it's details, it's one thing to tell what you're catching them on, but that leaves the variables wide open, but when you go into the details, that's what really helps.

    Appreciate the breakdown of your lures. Spro really needs to give you some freebies as much as you advertise for them!

      I'd like for them to sponsor my channel. I know I've helped them sell some lures over the last few years.

    For us newer fishermen on Lanier this is a great video! It really helps to get a better view of your rigs. I would love to be 1/4 as successful as you and your brother on outings. I enjoy all your videos and hope to see you out on the water someday! #FCP rules!

    Spinner bait used to be one of my GoTo lures. Pulled one out this morning and caught two Dandy Largemouth also lost a giant Pickerel at the boat. Your methods on Lanier will work just about everywhere.

    • @FCPFishing
      @FCPFishing  Рік тому

      Lanier is one of the harder lakes to figure out, these Spotted Bass are a different animal than a Largemouth. I can't wait to start fishing new water as soon as my work situation allows.

      They are both good colors, but I have been using the Chartreuse silver lately.

    Love the BEST OF clips! Do you ever go out and get skunked OR not catch enough fish to make a decent vid? Just curious. Thanks for posting!

    • @FCPFishing
      @FCPFishing  Рік тому

      Every body will have a tough day once in awhile, but I can't remember the last time I got skunked. I upload two videos per week and don't have any trouble getting footage and that is on any lake, not just Lanier. I have a system for finding fish and it seems to work pretty well.

    Off the subject but i moved up the river in the lula area. Can you catch white bass up the river in the summer. Closest ramp is don carter

    • @FCPFishing
      @FCPFishing  Рік тому

      You won't see a White Bass until late winter/early spring. Years ago I could catch them all summer long in the lake, but the Blueback Herring have wiped out most of the population.

    • @jasonsargent9347
      @jasonsargent9347 Рік тому

      So what's the best fishing up here during summer? Trying to stay away from the crazy's further south. It's a lot more peaceful in the river but seems to be less fish
