Tinkered with a galvanized steel tub and wood fire coil system to see if I could actually get Thermosiphon to work. The results were pretty decent. It took about 2.5 hours to go from 63⁰F to 100⁰F.
I wanted to get the hot tub in place so I can use it to cool off when I start my log cabin build in late August and get it dialed in for fall use.
I also highlight my use of Bluetti AC70 power station for off grid building.

It wood be so peaceful setting in the forest in your hot tub and listening to the fire crackle over the coils and the water running from the pipe, doesn't get any better than that

For some reason, notification of your video just showed up today. This is a very doable project for us amateur DYI"ers. My stream is a seasonal stream but I can sure run a waterline or hose up into the "holler". This was a very relaxing watch. Thanks again for sharing with us. Cheers!

The upload on this video gpt a little messed up. I'm guessing that's why. It's definitely a fairly easy project if you have the right fittings 👍

I love these kinds of projects. I would look into creating a water driven turbine to power the lights.

Nice!!! The only thing that would make that setup better would be seeing some deer etc.😊

The tub emptying would power a water wheel and operate a 12 auto alternator to recharge batteries,,,,,,

You might want to wait to empty the tub until the water cools back down in order to keep the creek at a more natural temperature. Higher temperatures might interfere with plant and animal health in the creek.

Thats a nice set up. so peaceful. Can i also suggest a slightly different positioning on the pipes? I Think if you take the pipe that is on top that brings the water in the tank and place it on the other side of the bath tab and on the bottom it will warm up the water faster since warm water rises ? I might be wrong ofc :D keep up the good work!

I don’t understand how water was coming out of the top fitting and not the bottom when you changed out the new fittings

You have a serious watermelon addiction when you have to eat it while soaking in a hot tub…😂
Enjoy your channel. I’ve gotten some ideas for my own cabin. 👍🏻

Hi, thanks, now I have seen everything! A bearded man, naked body but a hat on his head having a bath in the woods. All looks normal except the hat!

How do you charge your Bluetti? By a Solar panel or “at home” shore power?

Please don’t use your knives on that rock. Just cut things on the boards, they were right there!
