I went to a master class featuring Yu Tamaki Hoso, that guy is one of the most insane players out there, I was lucky enough to play a piece for him and and recieve great insight into a bunch of playing aspects. Great arrangement, can't wait for next years!
I was simply enjoying the very nice rendition, but at 2:13 I almost fell of my chair! So THAT's the sound of 56 trombones in perfect sincronicity!!! Amazing, thank you very much!
This is brilliant! Thanking the UA-cam algorithm for suggesting it to me...I adore Queen, but even more than that I adore stupidly talented people doing what they do best! 💕💕💕
Great video...made me smile! Gawd, I feel old...the only player there I've ever performed with is Tony Baker (magnificent musician), and that was over 20 years ago! What an incredible lineup of trombonists. Also, good to see so many females in the mix! Thanks for the video!
As trombonist who is at a decent skill level, I one day wish to achieve this level of confidence and skill level, great video guys, and thank you for being a role model for future musicians:)
As a trombone player, I love seeing my instrument used this way. It's always a sax or a trumpet that gets used in collabs, but now I get to hear this beautiful piece of art with arguably the best instrument on an even bigger scale instead. Thank you!
As a trumpet player, with marching band, symphonic band, jazz band, many years of church playing, music composition, and a couple of albums, I find my self extremely impressed, and almost in awe of this production. I even played a little trombone in high school. The recording of the instruments, the parts, but also the technology to put it all together. Much thanks for this amazing piece of work!
I’ve met Dr. Mirvil in an Solo competition this year and I can say he’s got one of the smoothest tones I’ve ever heard on a trombone and seeing him on here made my heart stop
You've done it again. My kids love these. Thank you. Thank you for spotlighting some amazing female trombone players. In my tiny school, there is a bit of a bias about what gender can play a certain instrument. You are great role model for my kids.
My smile got wider and wider as I watched the video till my cheeks hurt 😊 better play some pedals to relieve them... But seriously, I want in next time!
Stopped by to see what you are up to. Saw the "Up" video, came back on this one as well. A good reminder of how enjoyable it is to hear a lot of good trombone players and their varying styles, and able to coordinate to play together. Hope you are doing well.
Just discovered this via an utterly unrelated newsletter; fantastic! First thing I did was look through the list of contributors for Karen Marston's name. Karen, I still have the recording I made of your arrangement of Frank Zappa's Peaches en Regalia for trombone choir, and it still knocks me out!
This video is a gift to us all. Great tune to pick. My eyes well up every time it gets to the part where you are all playing at the chorus together. Just beautiful to hear and behold. I need to get to one of these festivals soon.
Great arrangement! Wish I was able to give more than one thumbs up. 👍. The true one can have so many different tones and the harmony parts were fantastic!
No doubt a terrific collection of musicians here but what strikes me most was the arranging & production 😲! Masterfully done on all levels! Think inspirational to those younger players who may not see the true potential in the instrument their playing (picked up on the slide) 😘.
What a cast and crew to cut this song! And an out take with one of my favorite Bass Trombonist - Brian Hecht! What more could I ask for? All of you did a fantastic job! Bravo!

Freddie once said, "Do whatever you want with my music, just don't make it boring." Even so, I suspect he'd be proud of this one.
WOOOO!!!! Well done everyone!
whoaaaa
Lucky chops 🫶🏻
THE LEGENDS THEMSELVES!
Grinning ear to ear as I watch this. What an exceptional group of musicians. What an an honor to be included. ❤

Timo!
Other musicians will enjoy this but only trombonists will find the true joy in this video, I’m glad to be one of them
Just started to bone 6 weeks ago. Been trumpeting since covid hit.
Finally, my dad is the contrabass trombone and we’ve been waiting for so long
For those who do not know what the word "art" means: THIS IS ART
As in, not bullshit.
the EDITING jfc I would die if faced with this task AMAZING JOB
2:10 is absolutely the best trombone moment I have heard. Ever. Great arrangement!!!
Absolutely 🎉🎺
2:13 HOLY CRAP WHOOOAAAHH GOOSEBUMPS
56 trombones is a sound to be reckoned with. I was blown away when I joined my college marching band and there were 13 of us (including a bass bone).
I went to a master class featuring Yu Tamaki Hoso, that guy is one of the most insane players out there, I was lucky enough to play a piece for him and and recieve great insight into a bunch of playing aspects. Great arrangement, can't wait for next years!
i can't imagine the work it took to synchronize all of these cuts together 😵💫🤣
this is incredible. the tutti section at 2:13 is one of the best things I've ever heard
2:12 is the first time on UA-cam that I have played something at .25 speed and have it still be awesome! Amazing players, even better editing!
That bell chord at 2:12! 👏👏👏
I was simply enjoying the very nice rendition, but at 2:13 I almost fell of my chair!
So THAT's the sound of 56 trombones in perfect sincronicity!!!
Amazing, thank you very much!
This gets better each and every time I watch it
Wow! the most amazing performance of this Queen classic!
this makes me obscenely happy as a trombone player
2:14
That brings a whole new meaning to “Trombone Choir”
so glad these collabs are back in full swing
Given that the trombone is one of THE GREATEST instruments EVER CREATED, this cove actually made my eyes well with tears!
TUBA struts into the room ,...........we beg to differ!!!!

I love these videos because it’s so interesting hearing the differences in everyone’s sound.
This has inspired me yet again to continue to play trombone
2:03 i rewatch this video just for this run, absolutely impressive
As a trombonist and a fan of queen this was amazing!
Trombone choirs are awesome. I didn't get to play in many but they always sound great. Thanks for this.
Christian Lindberg is absolutely amazing.. I've been following his performances for 20 years!
This is brilliant! Thanking the UA-cam algorithm for suggesting it to me...I adore Queen, but even more than that I adore stupidly talented people doing what they do best! 💕💕💕
YOOO YOU GOT DELFEAYO MARSALIS ON IT!!!???
🔥🔥🔥🔥 bravo for all the work you put into editing etc., awesome!!
Great video...made me smile! Gawd, I feel old...the only player there I've ever performed with is Tony Baker (magnificent musician), and that was over 20 years ago! What an incredible lineup of trombonists. Also, good to see so many females in the mix! Thanks for the video!

MOOOOOAAAARRRRRRR RRRRR
What an amazing arrangement (and video production) from such an All-Star group! These 56 📎’s are so inspiring! ⭐️
As a trombone player, I love seeing my instrument used this way. It's always a sax or a trumpet that gets used in collabs, but now I get to hear this beautiful piece of art with arguably the best instrument on an even bigger scale instead. Thank you!
I love how we can see the names now! So many awesome players all encsptured in one video
my little son 9 years old just started to play bass trombone, very happy for that!
Omg. This was FANTASTIC! It warms my heart to see so many people loving that instrument. Makes me want to try playing it again after 38 years. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I can't stop watching this, even though it keeps making me sob because I miss making music.
Glorious!
Yamaha HD-200 AND Costanze sightings?!? 👍🏼👍🏼
Played this in high school brass ensemble on french horn.. just seven of us but it was so rewarding
This is so cool.
That was so awesome!!
awesome, simply awesome!!!
Love is too soft a word. I cant stop smiling.
Played a Duo Gravis in college in the late 70s. These guys brought a tear to my eyes. Loved it. Thanx for making an old man smile.
Yeah!... And I'm happy to see a lot of girls playing also!
You have no idea how badly I want to join this
LOVE THIS!!!!!!!
Carol Jarvis's section is so bright. Love it.
Tony Baker is now on my radar 1:41 !
the hairs on the back of my neck have stood up so far. Amazing, Amazing Amazing. Thank you
If these collaboration vids have taught me anything, it's that anything is possible with enough trombones.
Absolute gold!!
Wow excellent!
I’ve met Dr. Mirvil in an Solo competition this year and I can say he’s got one of the smoothest tones I’ve ever heard on a trombone and seeing him on here made my heart stop
So hyped for ITF this year!!
Pure awesomeness!
Amazing !!! That's real fire !!!
Great job.
Awesome
Amazing all the different timbres from one instrument depending on who's playing it.
I have a 'Criminal trombone BIS CD' decades ago. I think Mr Lindberg was one of the players there.
You've done it again. My kids love these. Thank you. Thank you for spotlighting some amazing female trombone players. In my tiny school, there is a bit of a bias about what gender can play a certain instrument. You are great role model for my kids.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL ! ! !
Absolutely loved this to bits. Thank you so much for putting the work in on it.
My ears….I’m so blessed to have them. My ears were not ready for this one 😍😍😍🔥🔥
….I just heard the muffle at the end….kill shot. Amazing
Hermoso!
My smile got wider and wider as I watched the video till my cheeks hurt 😊 better play some pedals to relieve them... But seriously, I want in next time!
I’ve heard this like 10 times. Amazing. You all are amazing. Please do more. It this is by far the best one!!!!
This is awesome 🔥🔥🔥
Stopped by to see what you are up to. Saw the "Up" video, came back on this one as well. A good reminder of how enjoyable it is to hear a lot of good trombone players and their varying styles, and able to coordinate to play together. Hope you are doing well.

Trombone is such a great instrument, wah underestimated.

Been waiting for this, glad it's finally out!
Wow wow wow wow wow wow and more. This is awesome
Lori Stunz! I took lessons with her in 4th grade. She charged 30 dollars per lesson. Had no idea what a steal I was getting! Awesome!
I'm jealous!!!
So cool to see so many different styles of playing together!
How fun was this!!! Thanks for the great start to the evening!
These always make me smile.

CHILLS! LITERAL CHILLS MY MAN! Props to you and the other 75 trombones! As I trombone and a queen fan myself, aaaaaaa! It’s so fun
Goosebumps for the little ascending build up right before the solo
