I might need to move my rig to another room within the next couple of months so there I can and need to paint the room again. So will take a look at that colour 👍🏻
I love the use of black panels, the cheapest in the rig but great for immersion. If you would disable cockpit movement would look better to avoid seeing the disconnection of virtual vs real stuff.
Thanks! Yeah, the black panels are awesome and great for immersion! You’re right about the cockpit movement. I tried to fix that. In acc it’s okay now, in AMS2 I am still struggling with that
Cooooool!!! 😎... a question pleaseee: what angles of the side monitors relative to the center one do you have in your rig?? I have three monitors 32" 1500R and with an angle about 50º aprox relative to the central one. the distance my eyes with the center monitor 60cm aprox. but I can't get a correct FOV/POV and make it look "real" in iracing or other sims :(. (sorry my english)
Thanks! The angle of the monitors is between 50-60 degrees. Not sure but I have followed the instruction of the Asus bezel free kit! My distance to screen is somewehere around 65-70cm 👍🏻
Awesome rig, mate! Kudos for showing your face. It seems to take more courage for those faceless sim racers to reveal themselves than to race in reality, haha. Subscribed!
Thanks! ☺️ I would highly recommend it. It gives a much more immersive experience then without the kit. It's not a motion system and far from, but it's very subtile and isolates the vibritions from thr bass shakers. Here's My review and experience: www.simracinghub.nl/en_us/slip-angle-review/
That's an awesome setup! I'm curious to know how much space it takes to fit in a room (width and depth), because I'd love to have something like that someday, but I don't know if it would fit in my apartment.
Thanks man! ☺️ 🙏🏻 I am running a Msi nvidia rtx 3080 gaming trio 10gb. I am considering to upgrade this card but not sure which one I should take. Cpu is a intel i-7 12700K
Amazing rig. Ive been considering a similar style roof but I habe some concerns about difficulty stepping in and out of the rig. How have you found that?
Thanks! 🙏🏻 Getting in and out of the rig is quite a challenge to be honest, but in my opinion definitely worth the extra level of immersion. I have to enter the rig on the left side, on my knees. I will post a video of it soon 👍
Hi, I'm very curious about the SLIP ANGLE, I want to buy it but I want to know if with those springs it only gives vibration or also some rebound. It would be incredible if you could make a video focusing on the springs in a game. But if it's too much of a bother, I'll be happy if you give me your opinion. thank you so much!
@SimRacingHubNL No like the dimensions of the whole set up. For example the width would be like the widest points of the set up which i assume would be the screens. Basically the dimensions of the smallest rectangle the set up would fit in.
That is a nice Rig. And the retail value is?????????????? I know, if I have to ask, I definitely can't afford it. Also I can't justify having/investing in something like that just to play racing games, unless you are getting paid a good amount to race. Take care.
@@SimRacingHubNL Thanks for the link to your story on the Racing Rig. I may invest in a better wheel controller in the future. I use a VR headset when I race, so I wouldn't be able to see all the Rig controls or need triple monitors. Enjoy your racing. Take care.
It really helps painting the walls a very dark color for immersion it keeps the light from reflecting back off the wall from the screen.
I know, but my wife won't let me do that 😆🤪
@@SimRacingHubNL really? It was my wife's idea. I didn't even cross my mind. I was completely blown away!
