Simply love the whole setup, also huge props to you for building this awesome double PC rig and not throwing it into a normal case and tossing it into a corner.
Very impressive! I never would have thought so much work and technology is going on behind the scenes. And what an amazing network setup you have as well! Thank you for such an amazing tour of your entire setup!
Will your setup is just wonderful. It's one of the most well built setup if not the best I've seen to date. And attention, I work in a TV production company, I' m an IT specialist hardware and network. The space, the lighting, the taste for materials, not to mention the well-chosen equipment, which is 5 stars. What can we say to thank you for the excellent content you have given us all these years. Accompanying its growth and investment has been a joy in addition to the super realistic videos. Who wouldn't want to one day sit on your Rig and do some laps... I would love to, but I'm a long way from Australia. I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the commitment and effort. It is guaranteed my number 1 youtuber, and in a way a friend of my heart. A huge hug, many more successes and every day I'm here to follow the contents. Thank you Thank you from Portugal ❤🙏
This is amazing and gives me a lot to work for. Thank you for sharing and providing insight. The amount of work and research involved to produce this show is staggering. You deserve all the success. God bless. 🙏
looking to a few years back, you have come a long long way ! Excellent work and plenty of effort there, so, enjoyed every bit of your video, keep it UP!
appears you went with swisstrax for the floors...best stuff ever! I've had swisstrax installed in my garage for going on 3 years now and it's as good as new! It literally transforms any space that its in
I just finished some laps around Bathurst in the 64 Honda f1 car with the VR2 lol it's crazy but a little motion sickness for my first VR experience 😅 Tonight after work I'll try a slower car on a flat track.
Insane setup and way more advanced then I could ever achieve and I understand there’s a lot of things that have wires here but the lack of wire management drive me mad
Thanks for the tour! I'm actually building a simrig based on yours, the only thing I'm planning to change, is to use three LG C2 65" OLED TVs instead of the HP OMEN X Emperium displays.
Sick setup bro! What about using micro led panels like they use at concerts? They have curved ones and you could make a wall that surrounds you. I wish I had the money to do it myself.
Amazing video and setup, Will!! What angle/degree did you set the screens to? I am having issues with my triple 48s and I’m thinking I should bring the side screens a few degrees inwards. Thanks!
Still don't get bored of seeing your studio tours. Amazing set up. Even though I've seen it X amount of times. But I do have a question for you. How much do you just jump on and play and do a race? Like what most people do I guess. Without actually necessarily making content and 'work' side of stuff.
I apologize if I've already reached out to you but I can't help but share... Audio is normally overlooked in the sim racing business. It's not at all cheap BUT have a look into the Smyth Research A16 Realiser. It can get complicated but the short story is, it 100% will accurately sim a 15.1.8 channel Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, or 13.1 Auro-3D surround system inside a pair of headphones. It will also allow for an external subwoofer (or two) to be attached as well for realistic sub and infrasub frequencies. It's not the gimmicky 7.1 surround sound headphones that Logitech or whoever push. This is a prosumer/professional device created by one of the founding members of DTS, James Smyth. I would be more than happy to walk you through it completely free of charge. I want to see sim racing pushed even further.
Man, what a gig. You are smart, you had a hobby, and now not only do you get paid for it, but you get most all your gear for free now. talk about 6d chess 300 iq move lol, happy for you guys
Great vid of your setup, thnx! you might have given me some inspiration for my own setup. But that is a few-ish 1000-dollars and atleast a year away, either way you make it look easy. Keep up the good work! :)
Wow, unbelievable setup. A dream! Off the wall question. Do race the Yamaha? I am old motocross racer here in the states. Thanks for everything you do Will .
Thanks once more for the amazing insights, Will! 😍 it’s a breathtaking setup you guys build in that garage! 💪 so, you go with only one hue strip now?! I bought 3x 2 meter strips and wanted to start ceiling mounting next weekend. Hm… 🤔 keep it up and have a good week! 👋
I Love that rig Is a monster setup. congratulations I know you enjoy. I try to do the best I can to have old most like you got but no the 3 4k monitor.
You really don't need monitors like that unless its for content creation specifically. There are far more practical and cheaper ways to achieve a very similar result from a driving perspective.
The drum and bass music in the transitions is always fire!!🔥 and that’s coming from an american where that style of music is not really popular at all!! Good stuff will keep it up, love the content
This is amazing. A qustion I have is, would you say a triple screen display using Samsung ARK's would be good, or do you think Sim rigs are better with flat screens?
Love the PCs in the tool cart super cool. I am confused on why you have your other 2 PCs open with out a case and no glass or covers on the tool cart. Arnt you concerned about dust build up?
Random question but out of the four which do you think will be better for sim racing on a screen but also vr? RTX 3070+Intel i7 12700 RTX 3070+Intel i5 8500 RTX 3070Ti+Ryzen 7 5700g Raedon RX 6600XT+Ryzen 7 5700g Thanks you in advance
Hi Will. Great to see the setup looking fantastic. Gratz. I have a quick question about your Rig build. Where did you get the black panels to enclose it from? I can't seem to find anything similar here in the UK 😒
@@boostedmedia Thanks for the swift reply man. Appreciate that. I'll start scouring some stores when I get home from overseas. I loved the simplicity of it as I was going to build some elaborate aluminum profile contraption around my DOF H3 😂 I'm looking to cover the top and hang some blacklight curtains to fully enclose it and maximize on the Hue lighting too. Did you experiment with this originally before settling on the open triple boards?
Amazing setup mate! Do you find yourself using the screens or the varjo aero when you want to do some racing on your own without recording for the channel?
awesome, does look incredible on the triple 65s. I have triple 49 running 4k and the interior of the car looks too narrow with the cage sitting too near to the centerline on my setup. Can you share your FOV settings please. Also if I remember correctly you are using a 4090 are you running that with Nvidia surround still at 11520x2160? I have AMD 6900xt and it struggles with hitting 60FPS with mostly high and some ultra settings. So I'm currently using the Simple Windows Runtime Editor to stretch the game across 3 screens each @ 3840x2160 without using eyefinity. Knowing what your graphics settings would be useful maybe to us other triple screen users, (although I'm impatiently waiting for my preferred VR version to come out).
Strange? I think the word you're looking for is "Common" lol. Australian internet is $#!T. I mean, i get a lot better than him, but its never consistent. I dont know what i would do with 40mbps lol
Hey Will, You are using 3 65 inch TVs for your rig. Did you connect the 3 with DP to HDMI adapter? If so, what about GSync Freesync or VRR ? What do you use to synchronize the monitors with the game?
dude im not going to lie that duel pc is the collest fucken thing i have ever seen and i watch a bunch of pc build that thing is so sick it looks so clean too
It's actually crazy how simple the screen setup is vs. what I expected from seeing the cockpit view lol (not in a bad way)

Great video, I'm impressed by your setup as always ! Most of your racing content is shot with a GoPro for the hyper-realistic effect, but do you capture your sim screens for content creation sometimes ? If yes, how do you achieve that ? The fact that there is no affordable displayport capture card accessible to anyone is a problem when you want to capture on another machine and keep your screens pluggled with a DP to enjoy high refresh rates, g-sync, ... Cloning the middle screen to an HDMI output is not really a solution as you'll have to sync the frequency of the outputs. So I can only see the solution of running OBS (or any capture software) on the same machine but at the cost of an overhead.
Are your monitors attached to the rig or are they separated from the actual rig? Trying to figure out how i am going to do mine looking at using the d box system for motion
Seperate to the rig. Have a look at how Race Beyond Matter has his rig set up though. Monitors and wheel fixed and seat and pedals on the motion. Seems to work really well.
What's your recommendation for an upgrade from a desk mounted G29. I have a classic gt Omega wheel stand but it's too unstable and shakey for what I mainly do which is drifting. I also have my shifter and handbrakes clamped to my desk.
Bro, there is only a handful of companies that make sim racing products. All it takes is a quick google search to figure out what your choices are depending on your needs. Only you can answer this question...
If you have the space upgrading to a solid rig with a seat built on it is a massive upgrade. I personally have next level racing GT track and love it. Absolutely solid with no movement. You organized everything beautifully and placed it where it should be, well done, bravo
Wow guys does not seem that long ago we were watching you in your dining room - so impressive where you are now - keep up the great content guys .....

Thanks for the tour! Oddly enough, I really appreciated hearing about your networking solutions. I'll be looking into that.
You've really perfected your craft. good for you man! It shows in the final product.
This thing is so wild. I get into my rig at home that I built for around $1000 and it feels amazingly immersive. This is so beyond next level.
Great job boys. Will your commentor on the go is so good. And Tom's camera work is couples well together. Great to see just how far you've come.
Really enjoyed this little tour - thanks for showing us the changes. Also, the little transition at 24:35 - nicely done!

Definitely have one of the most thought-out setups I’ve seen. Everything has its purpose and place.
Can you give some detail on the piece of string keeping the bezal free kit together? I tried looking at some of Karl's videos and didn't find it.
I have been a big fan since I got hook with SIM racing last year! Amazing setup as always Will!

I set it up so the centre of each screen is the same distance from my eyes. Ended up being 57 degrees for me but don’t just copy my angles

I want to know that too! They're very useful (and cool).
Great vid mate, surprised you don’t use any transducers on the rig. Bang for buck I find them very immersive even with motion.
What length cables are you using to connect your displays to the 4090 and what brand? Thanks!

That's a good idea with the bezels. I purchased the kit and ended up sending it back because I couldn't get it to lay flat on the screen
That ALT F4 license plate is badass
Keep up the good work
And people call me crazy spending €3500 for my simple rig with fanatec wheel and pedals just to race😂😂 This is insane but so beautiful and well done!
Hi Will. Great to see the setup looking fantastic. Gratz. I have a quick question about your Rig build. Where did you get the black panels to enclose it from? I can't seem to find anything similar here in the UK 😒

What a beautiful organised and totally overkill system i LOVE IT and i wish i could do the same 😊 ❤️

Hey Will, Ive been wanting to source that plastic interlocking tile flooring that you have in my garage as well. Where did you get yours from ?

Hey Will with such large 4K monitors, on average how many FPS are you able to maintain with the 4090 on iracing?
Somewhere between 80-120 depending on the track. The size is irrelevant. 4K is 4K. The dots are just bigger. ;)
What circuit are you racing currently?
