Why we are using wet cloth to cover this. Is any cloth not okay. What is the reason for using wet cloth. Can't we cover using a steel plate
Wet cloth prevent the dough from drying out. Or cover with a cling wrap

Ohh! That’s sad. Did you rest the dough for 2 hrs? If living in cold regions rest the dough longer.
Mine too hard.
Something not right with the ratio of 2:1 for flour and rava. The dough was grainy as well as the bhatura. My family didn’t like it unfortunately
