I Quit! How I Deal With Burnout

- It happens to all of us at some point. Being so overwhelmed with the work in front of you that you don't want to do any of it. It's burnout time, here on Darth Rage Reviews. So I'm shutting it down for a while to recharge and revive my channel and myself. I'll still be dropping shorts and the occasional live or build update, but for the most part, 2023 is a wrap here. Please have a safe and happy holiday and spend some time with the ones you love

I understand where you're coming from. You do way more than I do and I struggled to keep up with weekly content. Balancing work and family life with content is a challenge especially during the holidays. Enjoy your time and you're right. The community will be fine and still be here when you produce again. It gets hard, because I really enjoy doing it, but it gets overwhelming at the same time. A little step back will do me well.

This is sage advice Darth Rage. You deserve a break from all the stuff you have done for the community since you started. I'm afraid I've been distracted and busy so haven't commented as much as I'd like this year (a month long adventure in New Zealand/Australia then having to care for an elderly relative kept me away).
So enjoy your downtime and have a fantastic holiday with your folks. I'll still be watching your progress with interest when you return. (p.s. Babu sends his best wishes too!)

It does get sometimes to keep grinding. I try to batch record my videos usually 4-5 at a time to lessen the workload for the week. Enjoy the holidays Tim! MTFBWY!
Very true! I love building. And I love making videos, but I don’t always enjoy making videos of the build process, it just gets to be a bit much. Some much needed rest over the holidays will do me well. Happy holidays my friend.
