How to fix flat feet or foot pronation when walking or exercising. In this video, I'll show you how to do that and how to also avoid internal knee rotation during certain exercises.
I'll explain how to release tight overactive muscles that contribute to foot pronation or the flat feet condition and a simple exercise to activate the posterior and anterior tibialis so you can help restore the foot curvature.

      Hi Brad,
I think I shared in a video of anterior pelvic tilt an exercise for the feet where I anchor the band to a heavy item and I'm sitting down strengthening one ankle at a time. It should start at minute 8 ua-cam.com/video/ycSft0ezOMw/v-deo.html I hope it helps!

    Does it work?

If you're consistent and follow it with paying attention to how you walk (going with ball of the foot and trying to supinate helps, also tighten the glutes and outwardly rotate the hips a little bit)
