  • Flat feet often have a genetic component, but they can be improved. Having flat feet is not the worst thing ever as long as you have strong feet and the ability to create an arch and have stability while moving especially under load. These are 3 of our favorite (there are many more) exercises to start strengthening your foot muscles and create more stability and control in your feet.
