Hey there! this was a good info and exactly what I was looking for.
I recently went for kumaraparvatha trek in karnataka and ended up with lots of blisters on my feet. Although I was using a good trekking shoes and thick cotton socks. I still had a lot of blisters about 6 and descending from the peak was really painful.
Could you tell me how to avoid blisters or what kind of socks should we use? Any tips would be great help! Thanks

Use regular polyester socks when trekking Murali. Make sure you change your socks everyday. Dry your feet before putting on fresh socks. Keep separate woollen socks for the night.
