Wooo best tutorial I’ve seen! Everyone keeps giving the same info about drones all over UA-cam but you are giving really good and high quality info here ! Thanks a lot!
Love how you are actually honest about the affiliate link, makes it wayyy more bearable than to just have some people blatantly advertise and then act like they aren't. Very good video, it was very helpful thnx!
Thanks Niklas for the tip about use of ND filters when shooting HDR... adjust the dark areas with ND filters in normal mode before switching to HDR mode. I was adjusting the bright areas to get the stripes to go away in HDR mode and was getting very grainy shots, so thanks much for that!! I'll try that out next good sunset of sunrise opportunity. Your videos are great!! Keep up the good work!
I've been using HDR video a lot since I bought the Air 2, I have seen the behaviour you explained in some shots, but for the most part usually it is working quite good so I am using it pretty much all the time like that and stop worrying to much about color correcting afterwards. The only thing I have noticed that I found pretty strange was that in blue hour it tends to change the white balance to some sort of teal color...
Great video! Regarding the auto focus when using HDR, could you go into normal mode first and lock the exposure then switch back to HDR (like you did with the shutter speed)?
Hey Niklas amazing content once again, I have a question though ... Do you use flat profile and do you have noise issues ? How you deal with it ? Thanks again for all of your videos ;)
This is great thank you. I have now VND from PGYTECH 2-5 and testing it out under HDR. One question though. What is the benefit of using 50fps with sport mode and slow down 2x in post compare to 30fps with normal mode and leave the speed in post same? Probably only worth if there are moving objects or subjects in the scene, correct? Like waves, cars, boats and such?
thank you for all the hard work you have done to make these videos, i enjoy looking at your videos, i have a mavic air 2 like your but then the videos i capture no where near yours. i really do admire your hard work.thank you. i have a question if you dont mind. does your computer supoport 4k resolution? mine is just normal HD im wondering if thats is the problem with my videos. and what video editing you use? thank you
Hi Niklas, thanks for your videos! You've helped me a lot to get prepared before shooting with my Mavic Air 2. I have a question regarding what you've mentioned about the exposure when switching to HDR mode. Can't you block the exposure to not having that sky change when doing for instance, a revealing shoot? I hope I can try it next week, but as I was re-watching this video, the doubt came to me... XP Thanks in advance!
Great video, man :-) I use HDR only if I have to quickly deliver or share the video, otherwise, normal mode and DCinelike curve: in post production maybe it'll give better result than a HDR mode clip, even post post produced..
Which Mavic setting gets me into these epic locations? 😅
I have the same question 🙋
That cost extra😅
