Just saw Turmion live in Stockholm, it was great! Verta Ja Lihaa, Faster Than God were played, they are just as silly on-stage as their videos are.

TK never disapoints on live either, instead they do build up a full mayhem. First time I saw them like 15 years ago they had performance group which used flesh hooks etc. On local rockfest they annually have visitors doing backup vocals, like guys from Tarot, Marco Hietala etc on full shemale outfit, and older pop singresses doing TKs obscure lyrics and being totally wasted.
The whole universe loves their "Blood & Bones" IMHO. Also demonstrates that you don't need that much money to make a great music video.

Such a classic tune. Pretty much the only song I know from them too :D Never been that into metal sung in Finnish, except for a bit of Kotiteollisuus, Ruoska and Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus back in the early days. \,,/
You said 'verta' pretty well, but the 'h' in 'lihaa' should be more pronounced.
Try Pyhä Maa from Turmion Kätilöt! Its probably their most famous song even though it doesn't have a video.
You should check out Raubtier. A Swedish band that has similar sounding songs (minus these guys kind of humour though).

More like "Ruin" or "Perdition" than "Destruction". "Destruction" is about destroyed physical things and for that we have different words. If "The Midwives of Destruction" was translated back to Finnish, it would be "Tuhon Kätilöt".

I could you give you several German Band Names with "ä/ö/ü" in it....almost as complicated as scandinavian Names ;)
