Congratulations on the birth of your new baby. I'm so happy that your postpartum shedding hasn't been very bad. It has to be difficult to juggle being a mom of two babies, a wife, a business owner and taking care of your hair. Considering all you have to do I think you are doing a great job with your hair.
Nice to see you again. Congratulations on your second baby. I'm still taking your advice, my hair is still growing, I moisturize my hair daily, I also keep my hair in twists, wash once a month and retwist once a week, because my hair unravels and the ends. Thank you.
I can really agree with eating vegetables and fruits. Drinking more water 💧 My doctor wanted me to take iron pills as well. But what I did was ate a lot of vegetables that contain iron. And I also ate liver once a week. When I went back to the doctor everything was fine because I really don't like taking Any kind of supplements I don't even take a multi vitamin. I just eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink water, go up and down the stairs a few times out the day and i'm good. So this is what helps me find as held and also my hair skin. Everything and I am 62 years old. And I think I'm doing pretty good. When to the doctor she gave me a thumbs up on everything. Thank you ever kindly. Your hair is beautiful as always. God bless you.❤❤
Hey boo Kindly enlighten me on what type of veggies contain alot of iron...coz I am eating all the vegetables under the sun and I still feel like I have an iron deficiency. Your response will be highly appreciated.❤

Hello, thank you for this video. I was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. I was told to use Rogaine, and Nutrafol. I did not use the Rogaine, because I was not comfortable with it. I was also given prescription medications and ointment for my scalp. I did take the antibiotics and put the ointment on my scalp for 4 months. I got tired of the antibiotics which was for inflammation. Four months just seems to be to long to be on antibiotics for my scalp 🤔 I am still putting the ointment on my scalp. The Nutrafol capsules upsetted my stomach. I had to change my diet limit amount of sugar. I use a herbal tea (The Old Path Herbal) on my scalp twice a week and I drink it as well. I am working on my water intake. I am using natural products on my hair as well. I checked my hair products before I purchase them. I was also told by my dermatologist that the Inflammation on my scalp is causing this type of alopecia. If the inflammation is not healed the Alopecia will continue to spread. This form of alopecia is not common. I am praying for my scalp to be healed 🙏. I trust God with my healing.
I understand, and pray for your scalp to be healed as well as my own.🙏 I have CCCA which is also an inflammatory scaring alopecia. My derm didn't prescribe an antibiotic because I was taking another medication for SLE which is also one that is often prescribed for CCCA. I also have a solution to put on my scalp and have chosen not to use Rogaine. Nutrafol was too expensive, and I haven't tried Viviscal either. I have been taking turmeric with black pepper and pumpkin seed oil. The Nizoral shampoo helps me when the itching is bad.
@1GoldenBreeze Thank you for your reply. I am praying for you as well. We need to pray for one another 🙏. Hair loss is stressful. No woman wants to lose her hair. 😔
