I love Kat so much. My heart broke when Smash ended. I do think this is a great performance. It does make me think of and appreciate Beyoncé that much more as a singer and dancer. Breath control must be crazy hard when your dancing. I’m not sure I could sing a lick if I were walking! Or stationary tbh.
Eric Cable yeah like a knockoff version of what happened to the actual creators of Rent. Personally I thought it was really disrespectful and lazy writing.
yeah im so confused as to why they made her sound so much less broadway-y on the show - that was my one gripe with it (that she had a gorgeous voice, but it didn’t always feel MT enough)
Wow so much talent, and with David the ski is the limit. She is very gifted. What I admire from her is her friendliness and her gorgeous eyes.
