Right from the start, for me, Karen is the real deal for the role of Marilyn. The TV Show might be not that smash hit (no pun intended LOL) but I'm pretty sure that if they made "Bombshell" a real musical, it'll be a hit! It will even gather lots of Tony's. And it'll be more exciting if they're gonna get the original TV cast (including the ensemble). Hahahaha.

That's why in second episode IVY said that about 20th century fox mambo and she does'nt appear dancing because "they already know her from hell on earth", I THINK mambo would be like let me be your star and show both of them performancing but did not happen because of this lil detail.
i love katharine mcphee am rooting for her career success since idol, but she doesn't have that much range when it comes to acting compared to megan. i hope things will pick up, cause it's awesome she's doing so well now!

Katharine is an awesome dancer. In fact she is much better than Megan. Megan almost quit the show because of the dancing. That's why you don't see her dance. Megan can act and sing for sure but Kat is the real triple threat.
I don't get the "Here's the dope" part. Is she saying that she is gonna try pills or is she actually saying that to get the cast she has to change her past and that THAT is the dope, meaning the trick? Still, awesome song and singer. Need more of this... Replay!
Just took a broadway jazz class and this is the song we did and it was such a hard dance but it was so much fun! I also love Katharine McPhee’s voice
