Cattle were driven from deep south Texas to New Iberia where they were loaded onto flat-top boats and transported down the Tesche to Brashier City (Morgan City) and here the cattle were off-loaded and put into cattle cars on Charles Morgan's railroad and transported to the New Orleans livestock market in Algiers. This history should be told more often by more people.

Hi from Larned Kans. I have slept only one night in your state. New Iberia. Novrmber 1989 I think. It was during sugar harvest. My Ford Ranger with no AC, not needed in Denver. Seeing the Gates mansion, Larned is a rare name. Fort Larned here was an Indian fort, just before the war. Pres Buchanan's army paymaster of all people. County north of my Pawnee is Rush County. LaCrosse Kans.

As he rushed by the painted house I thought, hey, slooooooow down. He also missed the Lourdes' grotto next to where Dave and Helen worked- New Iberia Sheriff's Office and Library. Miffed. Y

Naw slot of deception comes with these beautiful home's they were the melaninated people of America homes the moors aka African Americans some would say the American Indians but that name was the start of them getting disenfranchised now we're called black like we dont exist and it was other melaninated people who took our land and used immigrants under them to create a race conflict that power the system while these melaninated Europeans and Portuguese pull strings in America same thing happening in africa the leaders in Africa are European posing as Africans just like the black Europeans posing as activists in America to save/destroy from something they are behind the scenes pulling strings to create systematically

Plantation homes are on plantations. There are no plantations in this video. They are just homes.
