OH&S on a mine site. Ridiculous. More than a few people & 4wds have been flattened by haulpaks. I was impressed they got the mine to shut down for part of a day. That would not have been cheap to do.
It was dull. They could've chosen anywhere else but the desert and it would have been way better. Racing through the Blue Mountains? Racing around Tasmania? Anything would have been better than the desert. I have never been to the desert and I will never go to the desert, there is nothing there, it is a wasteland.
