Because of pretty bad anxiety, I often have a hard time sitting down to do homework (my mind wanders and I find myself believing that it’s going to be a lot more stressful and painful than it actually is). I have a bunch of stuff due tonight that I need to work on, so I tried this video. I feel clear minded and ready to start my homework, instead of feeling super anxious over it. Thank you.

I've tried meditating many times before but this, this was honestly the best video I've ever come across for meditation. If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

Never knew I needed this until I started heavy breathing at the thought of all the coursework I have to do in 3 months. As a really anxious person, I always had trouble getting stuff done and probably spent most of what's supposed to be my work time just laying around and dreading the work to be done. You can also imagine the number of sighs I manage to do while working on coursework. Anyway, thank you so much for making me that relaxed and peaceful in the mind that I actually cried a bit!
This is the best focus meditation I have found so far. It helped me through a very very difficult exam while my parents were getting divorced. I aced the exam. And now I am working on another very competitive exam.

Yep, I was having trouble paying attention to an assignment. Have done motivation meditation before and it helped. This just knocked me out for 20 minutes and I only woke up because someone spoke to me!
@@litastardreams Really? This meditation is relatively exciting. Compared to other ones with very little guidance, I felt less sleepy meditating than I have in a long time because of this empowering video.

This 100% works. I was using this meditation before every study session. This morning, I was running late to start, and so I decided to skip it. And now I’m on UA-cam...I think I’ve made my point.

This is the first time I didn't cry and not because of sadness, but because of the power that it gives you, how it over fuels you with pure energy letting you know you are someone with a capability that you never thought you had in you. Thank you so much! I suffer from anxiety, depression, adhd, chronic pain, and several other chronic illnesses. They really wreak havoc on my ability to concentrate and focus on the task at hand and my follow through skills. I am so glad I found your video. I started meditating daily using 10 minute Guided Mediation videos on UA-cam and this one is THE BEST one I have done so far. The countdown from 5 at the end was amazing. I was literally doing all those things before you said them because this meditation just worked so well for me. Thank you for this content!

As someone with anxiety and severe inattentive ADHD getting my brain set up for the day is the most important aspect of my morning- and out of the many (m a n y) guided meditations I've tried this is absolutely the best for calming my mind and body! Days that begin with this meditation are so much more enjoyable and productive! It is genuinely almost as important as my ADHD meds! Although without those I wouldn't be able to sit still/focus for long enough to actually DO the meditation ;)

this meditation video only helped me focus the first time i heard it. now it has not been working and i find myself quitting half way. Even as i try to stay focused on the meditation and finish it, i dont feel as clear headed as I remember i did the first time I listened to it. I think i have a mental problem lol, maybe adhd but i am not sure. I have never been to a psychiatrist or anything but i am thinking maybe i should.
I will be sitting a really important exam in just a few days. this video has helped me so much in calming my mind and focusing on the right things. I have been listening to this everyday to calm myself down and preparing myself to sit this exam. when the melody started it reminded me of the song : wherever you will go by the calling immediately. i like this meditation.
i like this one, because 10 minutes isn't long enough to fall asleep. Anything above 15 minutes, and my head drops, and I'm off to snoozeland. This is just the right amount of time, especially when trying to get back into daily meditation.
This is by far the best guided meditation I've ever come across. Never loses its effectiveness even after listening to this on a daily basis.

i honestly, genuinely started smiling. i've been struggling with anxiety for the past 4 months, and it was nice to get a release of calmness. for those of you out there going through the same thing, you aren't alone. we are in some really weird times. anxiety is there to help you. if what it is telling you is unnecessary, tell it that you appreciate it being there but that it is no longer welcome. anxiety is used to get u out of bed or to get u to finish that assignment or apply to a job or do work. it is there to help you. you are ok. and you will be ok. anxiety won't less forever. it will come and go and you will get through it. with love, harmony.

I am using this almost every day before I start studying for my MCAT, it’s been about a month since I started studying and a couple weeks since I started using this video. It’s been really helpful in helping me take it day by day, the exam feels so close yet so far and it’s easy to lose sight of the steps that I need to take each day to get there.
I need to write three essays and I was having a really hard time clearing my mind and focusing on the task at hand. This has helped me do that. Thank you!
