- Enjoy this 15 minute morning meditation to start your day with clarity. When you are clear about what is important to you and live intentionally, you find clarity.
This meditation is a ritual to be practiced daily, first thing in the morning. You can use me as your guide, or choose to practice on your own. It allows you to continue to focus on your values so that you can make choices and have interactions with yourself and other people that are in alignment with these values. Knowing your intentions invites you to be authentic.
This practice can change the way you interpret experience and therefore how you respond. It allows you to see what is happening, be ok with it, so you can look deeper, understand it and find meaning in your experience.

thats crazy how we do things in the "autopilot" without thinking why we are spending time and energy to do so. This meditation also helped to find the purpose of my actions, besides to find peace and hapiness on the little things. Gratitude!

I enjoy Mindful Movement meditations and use them a few times a week to get grounded before my day begins. I like this one, but can't agree with the connotations around darkness and light. The night is as important as the day. Yin and Yang in balance. The idea of darkness as not as good as light has been so destructive. By embracing what each holds for us, we might become better people. The fullness of life is present in both the dark and the light. Thank you for these guided meditations. I like Sarah' s calm and grounded voice.

One thing I love about her meditations is that she calmly provokes us to think and connect with ourselves by asking questions...not just telling us what to do like many other guided meditations. She is a go-to for me 😊❤

These meditations are outstanding!!
My mind is muddled and angry. I'm beginning to find calm, but have many obstacles. I'm battling myself...even the air in my house. Battling the feeling of being flawed..not good enough. My need for approval has taken over. I lack focus. I'm hoping to improve by listening to these meditations. Thank you.

It takes a while for me to wake up in the morning because I have pain from a car accident. You ease me into a better and more productive day. After searching for weeks, your 15-min meditation won out as the best to begin my morning wake-up routine. I wake early enough to take my Aleve, put on my headphones, and listen to the following and in this order:
1) Your (this) 15-Minute Meditation
2) We Are The World (to ground me even more to humanity)
3) Either the Theme From Rocky or Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (to get me moving)
Sometimes I may add one more but you are always there and first with your peaceful voice and grounding and motivating words. To each their own for whatever works but for me, it always begins with you! You have taken me from bad and sometimes unstructured mornings to mornings filled with purpose and direction! Thank you, Sara!!! ❤️💜🤗

Moonbunny1Chuk 2 I agree. I’m in pain when I wake up, and just need to mentally prepare for my day. I go to the bathroom, get coffee, let my dog out, and do some stretches, then I come back, look for the vase with flowers, and do this meditation. It really helps!
May I suggest for your morning music and a good affirmation meditation that you can listen to even if you’re up and moving? I like Jason Stephenson’s “Pick me up” meditation. There’s a picture of a guy jumping in the air. It makes me happy after I do my routine like you do. 🙏💕
