I am actually excited for the game, I don’t care if it takes another year it just makes me excited thinking how much time their putting into the game, besides I’m a huge legends Arceus fan and even if the Trailer for the PZA is bad I’ll still buy just because I’ll hope it was just a bad trailer
Pokémon company has started acting like Nintendo in the more recent years where they like to announce things themselves rather do it other places especially when it comes to thier next major game so we probably won’t hear about it until Pokemon day and that’s when we’ll get the release day and all the basic info about the game
Pokémon fans can be fickle The game will come out next year right? So why are you expecting footage or news this year? We live in a time where things are announced so early but they’re never delivered I bet they only announced PZA as early as they did is because fans were going to complain that nothing was announced Damn if you do and damn if you don’t
i was only really talking about the info drought related to this game and not my desire to see any info/news right away, the game will be ready when it’s ready, whenever that may be, and they don’t need to rush info out the door to satisfy me
I think the problem is that they've kind of shot hype in the foot for the game. When it was first announced there was a bit of hype, random people I'd find on Discord like "Oh, I'm so excited for megas to return", speculating the new ones, maybe a bit of speculation on the game itself, but speculation can't carry a game's hype forever. Now if you ask a random pokemon player about it the response will generally be "Oh yeah, I forgot about that." It's not at the forefront of virtually anybody's mind, and a lot of people even believe the project's going to be canned as this was, to put bluntly, a complete self-sabotage to the game's reach. We'll get another trailer eventually sure, but we don't even know what the gameplay is going to be like. How are we supposed to hold onto any form of hype or excitement when the only reason we know it even exists is a non-gameplay animation? Also, on an off note, frick, that mic quality's probably the best I've ever heard from a channel with under 100 subs. Mind letting me in on what you use?
now that you mention it, i remember legends arceus debuted with gameplay right out of the gate and those few seconds alone got people speculating for months. that was enough to carry the game for a while but legends z-a doesn't have that benefit and i think that hurts it overall since people have less to base their speculation on also to answer your question: i don't actually have a dedicated mic, i record the voiceover on my phone then save it to google drive and download it on my pc from there. i always thought others could tell if it was a little cheap but if people are complimenting the quality then i guess i'm doing just fine lol
Yeah… It’s been a pretty dry spell. Not just Pokémon, but Nintendo in general. Kinda suspected they would just keep spinning their wheels until at least November or December to show a little something something, but that’s obviously not the case. I guess I didn’t really think how barren this year would be without any subsidiary info complementing the reveal. I agree that the PL:ZA announcement was great- that if they were going to announce anything that day it had to be a teaser or absolutely nothing (TCG Pocket being the only thing they would announce at Pkmn Day), or else it would be the same rigamarole with PL:A being revealed with less than pleasant looking first impression or be blasted with a new gen within the same year. But all things considered, I’m still really excited. Just kinda biding my time until Pkmn Day, so I can swivel in my chair like a mad man and cause a commotion 3 in the morning. I’m gonna replay Pokémon X in the meantime though. Hope to hear your thoughts when we have more news though! :)

We just can’t assume anything about the game. I think it’s obviously going to be a release title for the new switch console.

SV has no transfer Moves, poor battle animations’ and I can’t use Abilities outside of battles
