I'm under the realization that the phrase "That's what she said" can work with literally ANYTHING. Go ahead and say, "That's what she said" after any comment anybody says. If you do it with the right knowing inflection, EVERYTHING sounds dirty. BTW, feel free to replace "That's what she said" with "That's what my wife said on our wedding night." David
Once, I was in a conversation between two guys, and they made a thats what she said joke. There were two big things deep inside me that made me angry about this. One was that it took way too long for him to come up with the joke, and the other was that it wasn't even that great, so I snuck out of the situation. After pulling out, I came to my classroom, where this guy wouldn't stop poking me with his pencil, so I yelled If you try to poke me with that thing one more time, I'll break it in half!!
i'm a girl...and I happened to be pulling out a heavy trashbag out of the trash can at work yesterday and I muttered, "boy thats a tight fit" not thinking anything to it... and a guy coworker yells out "thats what she said!". Lol. nice.
I think the "Wayne's World" movie started it. That's the earliest one I know of. "Garth: Hey, are you done yet? I'm getting tired of holding it." "Wayne: Yeah, that's what she said."
I did that to my math teacher once really loud in front of the whole class. She said something about inserting this letter in and I was like "That's what she said!" She didn't get the joke unlike everyone around me so I decided I wouldn't say that ever again... ...until next period where my friend that it (the lead in her pencil) was stuck... A great ending for this, although this is an NBC commercial, would have been Brian and Peter from "Family Guy" where they are putting together the baby crib and Brian (reading in the instructions something like): "Insert screw A in slot B." Peter: "That's what she-" Brian: "If you say that's what she said one more time, I'm gonna pop you."
