Man, I'm FASCINATED by your creativity! Please don't stop creating your own models. Your desire to give the models "realistic" scales, your love for the small details of the interior/mechanisms of ships, your design style of all these models is something that I have not seen from most other MOC builders. I hope that sooner or later you will get your hands on ground transportation. I would really like to look at your variants of the AT-ST or AAT tank.
An AT-ST is something I have been mulling over for a while. It’s tricky getting two minifigures in the cockpit, shortening it, and I would love to have opposable legs. We’ll see if I need to make compromises on it, but I am definitely going to feature it on the channel at some point
Super stoked for that X-Wing update! It really is the perfect LEGO X-Wing, I recently purchased the Blue Leader X-Wing and was able to build most of it with my limited stash of bricks. Was about to put in an order for the pieces didn’t have and then you drop this video! I’d much rather have Luke’s on display so that will be great
In the 90s, I remember playing TIE Fighter as well as X-Wing vs TIE Fighter, and I absolutely fell in love with flying the B-Wing as well as the TIE Defender! Though when I played Star Wars Galaxies I also fell in love with the Neutral Faction ships, like the Dunelizard and the Ixiyen Fighters. With the Ixiyen, we do have a variant with the Pirate Snub Fighter, but I'd still love to see a Dunelizard!
I am not familiar with the Dunizard but now I am going to look that up. I don’t know the EU very well, but all the stuff I have heard of sounds great like the Mist Hinter and Grand Tarken’s Spear. I am more inclined to build those in the future than sequel ships
This is a VERY VERY impressive mod! Ever since the 2021 X-Wing and TIE Fighter, I've been appreciating the more smaller and slightly more minifigure scaled ships. They made me realize, how the previous X-Wings were giant, and sure they were built alot better and had more detail, I loved the scale. But here you are! You got smaller scale AND detail! And you did it all in under 700 pieces! I feel other MOC buildings would go up to 900+ I seriously need to plan on building this for myself, I've been needing a nice B-Wing in my little hangar!
That’s what I am always aiming for. I realized that we now have smaller, more detailed bricks that allow for this type of construction. There’s so much upside to the smaller size without much compromise
Incredible ship, so compact yet accurate! I’ve been working on an ARC-170 in this scale inspired by you and another builders work in this scale! Fantastic work, keep it up!
Absolutely stunning. I love the use of the new parts. I tend to rely on older parts that I have much of in my bins, but times and techniques are changing. Very good work. Soli Deo Gloria!
It's interesting how I got back into Lego and started learning the new pieces as I know the old ones best. I was given a large lot with some new pieces many years ago, and I also got two randomly assorted Goodwill boxes of Legos online in the past 3 years. That is what really made me learn the new pieces and buying a few new sets. It's tough keeping up with it all though. Sometimes I search via Studio or Bricklink for particular attributes of a piece I need to see if something exits. For example, my TIE fighter needed to hold axles for the wings so I searched all axle hole pieces and found my solution. Soli Deo Gloria!
ya, at quick glance I can forget what side of the ship I am looking at sometimes. I know some people are really bothered by them, and I certainly didn't want to have an entire side with anti-studs. I realized pretty early on that any SNOT building technique was going to hinder the sleekness and I definitely think I chose the right route.
I was never a huge B-Wing fan but this MOC has made me one! And I am SO EXCITED for that Red Five X-Wing! Do you think you’ll ever do a light grey variant of it? I know the X-Wing miniatures were t e c h n i c a l l y an off-white, but I’d love to build one to look a little more (to my eye at least) like how it looks after color grading in the film. Thanks for all the amazing MOCs and keep up the great work!!!
I may do that, I am going to release a blue and red version of the updated design. I may do a gray as it’s real debate what is better, white or gray, since we don’t have a proper off-white
I've been waiting for years for LEGO to release a new B-Wing. I don't own one and it's extremely overdue. While this looks a tad small compared to the usual scale of LEGO "playscale" sets, it's undeniably a stunning MOC. I need it, I need it now! You've earned a new sub off this one good sir!
Glad to have you, and thank you! You could say I am trying to clean-up playscale ships and make them more consistent in size (probably will make more sense once you watch my “what’s the best scale for lego star wars” video). But yes, this is actually my first B-wing as well, I couldn’t wait any longer
You've done it again! I built your Falcon and the Xwing. I love both of them and they are front and center of my Lego StarWars collection. I cant wait to build this!
I keep saying eventually as I have had a lot of people ask. I am very curious to see what the rumored Arc-170 and Interceptor look like in 2025. I like to modify Lego sets so we’ll see if those sets spark my creativity
Love your stuff! Parts for you Imperial Shuttle arriving soon, I’m very excited. I’m currently building more Batman stuff, but I always find your videos super informative. Got a great idea for my batwing landing gear
So glad to hear it, thank you! Good luck with the batman MOCs that is a genre I can definitely appreciate and I have built two of the sets, great stuff
This is amazing! Exactly what I needed to inspire me through the last work day of the week. Thank you for making such economical yet detail-packed designs. I’m still waiting on my X-Wing and U-Wing parts, and now it looks like I’m going to have to place another order!
YES!!! YOU DID IT! ive been waiting for you to do a B Wing! Amazing work! 😆 it’s funny as much as I love the grey original trilogy aesthetic, I’m really tempted to use a colour scheme from the expanded trilogy just to add something extra to it! Especially as the newer pieces you mention that are essential to the build are found in other colours too. Red specifically as I think there was an expanded universe B wing squadron with a more Red focused colour scheme!
@@BAUFmanBricksno I did. I know you were working on it! But we all have ideas we are working on, not all come to fruition! 😂 Besides which, seeing is believing! I wish I was as creative as you with my customs! Most of mine have been mostly colour swaps with some modifications, or slight modifications to existing sets! I turned the Batman cowl (76182) for example, into a Batman Beyond cowl! Modify the ears to be longer, added a face (someone else’s mod I colour swapped) and modified the chin strap to reflect the Beyond look more! Also been looking at colour swapping the R2-D2 set into an R2-B1. I think the blue and yellow colour scheme of this prequel droid is much nicer than R2’s white and blue look. Plus no white bricks which will turn a nasty yellow with age (I have an aversion to white LEGO because of this, my Saturn V yellow terribly, so much so I still haven’t built the space shuttle! 😂).
Once again you have hit it out of the park with this! I would love to see you make some prequel vehicles, maybe less common ones like Padme’s star cruiser or more mainstream ones like Jedi interceptors..? I can’t wait to start building your Mocs and displaying them!
I am very curious to see the rumored Arc-170 and Interceptor ships coming. I like modifying ships, so maybe there is a chance I try my hand at those first

Really great moc! I built mine many years ago, but now I think it's too big. This one has a great scale. I would change a few things, like the slopes on the front of the engine to Curved 3 x 3 Corner Round 🤔
I think I have seen a MOC with a 3x3 rounded corner for the wings and I briefly considered it, but I prefer the sharper edge of these curved slopes. plus they provide a bit of structural stability with their concave design to wrap around the plates in the wing

Honestly, even though part the reason you're doing this scale is to let yourself have more shelf space, I kinda wanna see you try to do some sort of capital ship that may or may not be able to fit atleast one of your play scale ships inside of it.
