- This is part three in the Wrench's Way II series of building a new ship from the ground up. This part is focusing on the basic construction and design of the superstructure with minor detailing aspects, but reserving most detailing and decoration aspects for the final episode which will be the Decorations & Finishing Touches episode.

Congratz being a batch! I must say brown colored alloy for wood DOES disturb me greatly, wish however they had camos for wood adding different wood type textures, anyways just wanna say you are so good at making the classical good ol warship designs, I like em! was however unable to like this video because I didn't want to destroy the perfect amout of "69" likes..

Alt-N to middle symetry mirror. Works wherever you are so you dont have to navigate to the middle of the ship. Since you use the hotbar you probably will remember to use than unlike me.
I knew that control, I just don’t use it because I forget about it and I’m so used going to the middle of the ship and setting it. Lol

would you consider placing some of your turret designs on just a flat platform if its not to much of a hassle and uploading it to the steam workshop? would love to further dissect your ciws and legion turrets

Question, how do you like to armor your ship? I have trouble finding the equilibrium between Armour and cost.
It’s difficult to explain, but when it comes armoring up guns I use no air gaps, but will use wedges. You might be able to see what I do in the hull construction video
Ok, awesome man. Sorry I’m asking so many questions but when I make rail guns I have trouble making them look good, any suggestions? Ugh, asking more but when I make turrets I can’t figure out how to give them enough room to turn your thoughts?
@@reeereee7600 I rarely dabble in the realm of rail guns, the only way I’d be able to help make a good turret cap for one would to literally just do it for you. Sorry I can’t be more help on that one, bud.

I do, you can check some of them out on the workshop and in previous videos. I know a lot of people want a tank tutorial, so I have a feeling I’ll need to do one soon
