I watched the Dronelands War long ago when it came out and absolutely loved it. You may not makes videos often, but when you do; they're awesome! Keep up the good work. :)
I used to be in ED back when Goons played their cards and got a super-coalition to destroy it. ED had but one ally and was pitted against a dozen of alliances. Even with these overwhelming odds ED managed to fight for 3 months. They did the best they could. And to this day ED was the most honorable alliance I've ever been part of. Watching this video makes me want to come back! Good luck ED!

Is more the epicness of a alliance that is returning to a place they call home. Etheral Dawn is the alliance that named Etherium Reach in a special in game event. So to them the area will always be home.

There is an option for adding camera shake in the ESC menu ingame but I had it turned off and added it afterwards using video editing software as that let me control how much it shaked and how violently. Didn't quite get it right for all the shots unfortunately :-(
the songs were made by Brian Taylor from the movie Battle Los Angeles so it seems just can't find the mix on them. If that makes sense. Or at least the song at the beginning and at the end as it's showing the sov changes
First song "The Island awaits you, Steve Jablonsky, The Island (2005) Second song is unfamiliar to me.* Third song "Marines don't quit [ last half], Arrival [Middle] or We are Still Here [late opening half] , Brian Tyler, Battle L.A. (2011) *Notice the credits listed the artist as well. By power of deduction ( and his order ) the second song is by Future World Music.
that gave me chills down my spine xD im actually surprised that red alliance pulled out due to a conflict with another alliance, whoever attacked sector C-J6MT must've brought a lot of firepower to get red alliance off etherium reach, or maybe red alliance had been worn down from all the conflicts and had to regroup their defensive line, either way congrats ED, the northern coalition and its allies are cheering for you!
you orbit the ship you want to see slowly, use set as intrest on it, when you move the mouse to look around the camera will weave like that because it wants to keep the ship in view.
basically solar and its allies have been beat back by the N3 coaltion (nc. nulli, etc.) PL, RA, and some other detriod alliances. Solar coaltion had internal issues bewteen various alliances and solar played the blue ball game and let many systems fall without much of a fight. Than after 2-3 months of being pushed back alot of the smaller groups began to jump ship. ED fell due to leadership issues and a massive PL and NC. attack and basically kicked the door in.
Very well done! My only comment would be to take a close look at the wording for your next video. I didn't feel it flowed very well, and you could have made some of the wording a little more epic. Other than that, really well done. Thumbs up!
Not sure what to advise you to be honest. I just played around the with the camera using the advanced camera options and had fraps running. Then just cherry picked some of the best bits. For every 30 minutes of fraps, probably 10-20 seconds of it was worth using lol. There's an old video showing you how to use the advanced camera options if you go to the My Eve Section of the forums, its on one of the stickys (in the archived forums not the new one).
This is still my all time favorite player made EVE trailer.
Crazy to think I joined Ethereal Dawn 7 years ago to help make this happen... What a time it was... Shame it never lasted :(
