  • More daring rescues for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance medics. A blazing car plunges off a bridge onto the motorway, and a cow leaves a farmer with some serious injuries.
This popular British series takes viewers into the cockpits of rescue choppers to experience life or death dramas, high-speed action and colourful characters. The missions are often the only hope for the critically ill or badly injured in England's most unreachable landscapes.

Inappropriate behavior whether due to alcohol or injury and bad decisions aside, he deserves respect and appropriate medical attention because that is their job. They could be called to a jail cell to give medical attention to a murderer as well, that’s their job too. Treat the symptoms without judgment of the causes.

Wondering why not invest more in helicopters? That they have to land is a problem they could solve by doing as the sea rescue, winching up the injured! Since time can be critical, the most effective method should be used! The helicopters should also be equipped for all kinds of missions so they can measure their value in many ways!

    • @andreaschaarup610

I totally agree with you! The problem is that the UK air ambulance is mostly funded by public donations. Their funds are most likely already stretched quite thin, so unfortunately they probably don’t have enough money for more helicopters and gear.
Wish the government would prioritize the air ambulance service more
