- Today's video showcases how simple it is to install our eFlexPro kit into a Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye. The Redeye Hellcat we used for this video is all stock. All eFlexFuel kits make your vehicle E85 flex-fuel capable, meaning your vehicle can run on gasoline, E85, or any mixture of the two.
Our kits are piggyback systems, warrantied for 5 years, and easily removed if you no longer want flex fuel Capability (our kits do not make any permanent changes to your vehicle, nor do they affect your vehicle's ECU).
With our eFlexPro, you'll be able to reduce your fuel expense and MAXIMIZE your engine's POWER. With multiple operating modes, eFlexPro can be configured to maximize fuel efficiency or boost horsepower. Intended for racing or off-road use, the eFlexPro kit is great for anyone trying to maximize engine power without becoming a professional tuner.

Hi can you explain how to solder the Pro version analog wires to either the MAP and MAF sensor? like which wire of the sensor should be soldered to the white and gray wire. I have a 05 STI with both MAF and MAP. Thanks in advance!
Just got my pro kit for a 2012 dodge charger srt8. My question is like others have asked is about the white wire(s) i understand they go to a MAP, MAF, TPS, OR O2 SENSOR, but they all have multiple wires for the connector so what one do i solder to.
For our older Pro Version 1, it was recommended to solder to calculate data. For the new Pro 2 version two, it's optional to attach the white wire since the Pro2 now has a virtual load sensor that reads and calculates the data
I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7L V8, and would like to see a video on that engine to help me covert my truck to take e85
Most of the installs are pretty straightforward, following along with these videos will help you through the installation. We also have tech support on stand by. So if you ever get stuck please feel free to give us a call.
Say I run different injectors than the stock. Can I customize the connectors in the kit to match or should I get adapters?
Yeah, the harness can be customized to fit your right size injectors
been looking into a couple of E85 applications like this however eventually if you don't change the injectors does this present a problem?
No, you will have no issues with the injectors overtime. If the injectors are too small we always recommend doing a blend.
Okay, You got this old Hellcat owners attention and I’m really impressed with what I see thus far, Question how much is this eflex fuel conversion kit, and secondly how much is the cost to install this eflex fuel conversion kit?
We have two different kits available. The Plus and Pro system. The system that you saw installed in this video is a Pro. The main difference between the two is that the Pro kit has more tuning capabilities than the Plus, so if you plan on dialing in your vehicle's fuel delivery then the Pro version would be the best bet. Visit our website at eFlexFuel.com/us for pricing.
@eFlexFuelTechnology will this work if ur already tuned and have pulley work
I’m a new buyer and received my kit a couple days back and my biggest question right now which I seem to not find an answer to is what is the purpose of the bypass module?
Ah, the bypass module! This nifty little device serves a crucial purpose in the E85 conversion process. The bypass module is designed to intercept and modify the signals between the engine control unit (ECU) and the fuel injectors. Its main function is to ensure that the correct amount of fuel is delivered to the engine when using E85 or other ethanol blends.
You see, when you convert a vehicle to run on E85, the fuel injectors need to be calibrated to accommodate the higher ethanol content. The bypass module helps in this calibration process by adjusting the signals sent by the ECU to the injectors. It ensures that the injectors open for the appropriate duration and at the right time, allowing for optimal fuel delivery and combustion.
In addition to its calibration capabilities, the bypass module also provides real-time monitoring of the fuel blend. It can detect when the limits of the injectors are reached, providing a warning to the user. This feature helps in maintaining the performance and longevity of the injectors.
If you have already replaced the fuel injectors, it is important to list the modifications on the checkout page when purchasing the eFlexFuel bypass module. The technical support team will then confirm the compatibility of the injector connectors and verify that there is enough flow capacity for E85. Best bet, however, is eEFlexFuel support at 1-833-539-3835
Do you have to tune once installed?
I have a 2016 hellcat charger
With 2.75 pulley, 1000cc injectors, ngk lfr7aix plugs, and 180 thermostat
Our system is designed to work with the tune already on your vehicle, assuming you have an ECU tune to accommodate those bigger injectors.
*_Can't wait to install this on my civic 🥹_*
We're hyped for you! Your civic will enjoy e85 for sure!
doesn't e85 damage rubber and plastic in vehicles not designed from the factory to run on e85?
I was wondering the same thing.
E85 does not damage the rubber and plastics in your vehicle. In fact after 94', the majority of vehicles released from factory have fuel lines that are able to withstand E85 fuel.
if you already have a tune, will this still work with the upgraded injectors?
Our system will work in conjunction with the tune on your ECU.
Great video. Been considering going E85. 🦾
Awesome! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions 😁
I have the PRO kit installed on my 392 hemi. What MAP sensor wire does the white wire connect to?
The white wire can connect to any external sensor (MAP,MAF,TPS)
@@eFlexFuelTechnology How do you connect it to the maf? Are you supposed splice into another wire?
@@WickedMedia978 you will need to splice our white wire into the MAF sensor itself. The eFlexPro instruction manual will give you a more thorough insight into how to splice into an external sensor: eflexfuel.com/pub/media/ladattavat/eflexfuel-manual-eflexpro.pdf
@@eFlexFuelTechnologythat link doesn’t go over anything about splicing to map or maf sensors it just goes over adding an additional white wire to the harness?
Does this work with an aftermarket standalone ECU?
Yes it does - as long as your standalone ECU is only tuned for pump gas
Can this guide be used on a scat pack as well ?
yes, it can be. Our installation is straightforward. Components on the scat pack may be in different locations but it will be similar.
Which sensor wire should we solder the white wire too? Should we get additional ones? Does it matter?
You have the option to solder the wire to either the MAF or MAP sensor, but it is not necessary as our Pro system has a virtual load sensor that automatically reads the data for you.
@@eFlexFuelTechnology I have pro 1 not 2. It doesn’t have virtual load sensor does it
@@rxpid4231 Okay understood, the Pro V.1 doesn't have the virtual load sensor. So in this case, you can solder the wire to an external analog sensor. The system does not require you to connect any sensors to function, although the option is there if you plan on gathering data from one of them.
You figured that out?
so this kit is all i need to run e85 plus regular gas on my 2010 2ss camaro?
yes, that's correct! With our kit installed, you'll be able to run E85, Gas, or any blend safely!
@@eFlexFuelTechnology When y'all say any blend, you mean I can run like 25% E85 + 75% Gas and the car would still run fine?
@@w3bv1p3ryes
I used this kit on my 2023 challenger RT but it misfires
We're sorry to hear that, Christian. Please contact us at support@eflexfuel.com. We are here to help you resolve your situation.
What about the white wire?
The white wire can be soldered into any external sensor (MAF, MAP, TPS) to read more data
How would the extra data be used?
but what wire on the map
Nice vid, but mannn the background music annoying asl cant lie 😭 like jesus
Always one of YOU around
@@handyman3320 one with common sense? Yeaa sb had to have it.. might as well be me.
Is that the best that you can do? Complain about the music? Please just stop with the childish behavior and comments.
@@paulkendrick69 you old asl bruh gtb
my device isn’t popping up on my phone
Where do you have the ground wire mounted?
Please reach out to us at support@eflexfuel.com
No e85 anywhere near me
e85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gas. you can make ethanol for less than $1/gal
Where state are you located in?
@@eFlexFuelTechnology I’m in NJ right outside of Philly. Looked up e85 and closet one is about 30 mins away
im interested but is it legit does it really boost hp by 12% more i need the dyno results stock vs the e85 conversion.
Yeah, the increase in HP all depends on many factors as well (ex: mods and vehicle type)
