- This past weekend players discovered the most broken and wild glitch to ever hit Destiny. In response to this Bungie took to twitter, not to ban anyone, or disable crafted weapons. No, they told us... to "have fun". So that's exactly what we're gonna do. The most popular weapon was the Ammit mixed with an aggressive frame shotgun, but this exploit can do a lot more than just that. Join my friends and I on a Scott Pilgrim like journey as we hunt down 7 evil targets of interest to test just how broken these glitched weapons truly are...

Me and a random LFG fireteam ran through Every single raid in less then 4 hours and almost flawless everytime. That was fun to say the less
Sadly I didn't do a single raid but did went flawless

I think there should be a weekend every season where this bug comes back as a feature. Like a chaos weekend
I’m not sure about that, but if that were to happen, I would not want it to occur during the seasonal story. Rather, wait for the downtime of the season when the narrative and new stuff stops coming in. That way, you can provide some more content where it seems to dry out. Remember that the third season is where everyone starts saying “DeStInY iS dYiNg” and all that nonsense again.

If they do this, I would hope they disable hard triumph completions. I don’t want to argue about the legality of Solo Flawless or anything, but triumphs for stuff like “Solo”, “Flawless”, and “Master” content should be unable to be completed.

Some dudes I know tried to get me a Warden's Law because I was a test subject. It was horrifying witnessing how they massacred a grandmaster nightfall.
And after all that, we still wiped on the shrieker.
LOL Same man, then I put on Sanguine Alchemy and with my busted ammit I was managing to pop 3 radiant well at once and always had at least 2 up🤣

I definitely would love this as a weekend event every season where you just get to put together the most absurd guns. Bungie could even write it into lore; say something like the relic showed up in Eternity and Starhorse decided to let the guardians make some stupid guns with it.
I couldn't get the glitch to work, but holy hell it was hilarious watching my raid team use it. Vexcalibur shooting grenades, heavy GL with literal infinite ammo and the Strand AR from Root just shredding things was fun to watch.
I genuinely DO think that Bungie might make a couple exotics out of this idea, like a Heavy GL that fires a bunch of mini grenades.
I didn't participate, mainly because I was busy this weekend, but I LOVED seeing the bizarre clips. I'm super happy you made a video on this
yeah, but no legit intended weapon perks would ever be this busted. they'd balance it which would make it alot less fun

I think a really cool idea for a kinetic based super would be something like pandora from devil may cry. Starting off with a minigun and having to master unique inputs to change its form into rocket launchers, laser guns, and a fully automated missile turret would be a fun new dynamic for the game

the idea to make the craftening a feature popped into my mind too, basically have a set amount of weapons that can have any non exotic perk on it, bring back the test area to use it on and then have a community vote to see which experimental guns will be added to the game for real so that way everyone wins including bungie since they get community created content from it
Two things loved the Scott Pilgrim in this video and I love the idea of kinetic class I have always wanted to see a titan holding a bigass mini gun and just laying on the trigger

You probably know this by now, but both of the Warden’s Laws you got were God Rolls. The first for PVP and the second for dps greater than Malfeasance

Me and my clan casually running through master vault of glass all day to farm the timelost weapons, and us just doing it like it’s a strike 😂 I enjoyed the pve scene this weekend, PvP I can see is an actual problem, and the dps factor might need to be toned down. But it did feel like we were actually lore accurate guardians lmao

Doing gms that weekend was the most fun I have had in a long time. I’m actually sad it’s gone
I hope they make an exotic where you get two choose two frames, but no perks, or one frame and one perk, or just the perks. Like the perks it gets are normal and inline with what it should or would have, but you then get to through, incandesnt on it. basically its a semi craftable weapon, but Bunige keeps it in line and not broken
But what I did during the weekend with this bug was i went and did all master challenges on VOG, now i just need 4 triumphs, and then just runs with same clas, subclasses, and clan then i have the Fatebreaker title

I super agree with the last point in the video. I have been telling everyone that the crafting system should just allow any perk previously acquired to be crafted on any weapon, or at least every weapon of the same type. Removing the restrictions on weapons and perks made making weapons during this bug so much fun and made every weapon I had, especially the crappy ones I never even crafted, a valuable part of my collection. For the first time, I actually felt like I had a reason to craft more than 5 or six total guns.

personally, i was on the side of grabbing a broken tarnation and instantly going in to solo Ghosts of the Deep lmao
Now I think that applying exotic perks should be made into a feature for high level crafted weapons. Maybe have it that it needs one of the exotics to craft the perk into the weapon consuming the exotic. I don’t know if that would be fully broken or not yet.
I wanted to participate in this glitch SO BADLY. BUt after about 2 hours of trying and trying to get it to work for, I just gave up. Thanks for the vid toad!
My personal favorite thing I did with this was a triple burst LFR with triple tap 4th times and a shotgun frame. One phased riven solo, funniest thing I’ve ever seen.

It was the BEST thing that happend this year with Destiny.
I've literally got message from my friend in the middle of a night and decided "Screw healthy sleeping, i need more cheese".
It was chaotic and fun expirience.
But as for opinion, i will never admit validity of anything that i've achieved during this weekend. Futhermore, i got few more shaders to use on my guardian, and that's it, but i don't think it's morally right for me to telling that i'm done raids flawlessly.

Of all the weekends to not have my laptop, of course it was this one. I just barely had enough time to craft a Vexcalibur onto an Enigma before it was disabled, is so badly want to try out these guns 😫

Not the most ridiculous creation to come out of this weekend, but I did the shotgun regnant, but I put explosive light on it too. It fired every single explosive round in one shot. It was hilarious how much the GM was nuked with just one person running the glitch.
If we get a kinetic subclass, I bet Titans would get the ability to summon an earthquake that damages and stunlocks enemies
That Ammit was basically just Cerberus if it was worth using
0:40 No. Bungie should NOT ban anyone who used this glitch despite of butthurt of pvp players. People were using things that are already in game. It's not shit like doing 17 million damage to Warpriest using Golden Gun with netlimiter on Day One or full auto Xenophage.
It was the greatest weekend I've experienced in D2 for a long time!
I had a shotgun GL but with Mulligan and Reservior Burst. Permanent 25% damage bonus and infinite ammo on a super fast firing multi-shot grenade launcher... Craziest thing I've seen in the game outside of hackers.

this weekend was alot of fun and im fine if it didnt come around again, but man i hope they rework cerberus to be like the ammit and make aomw ofbthose combinations into exotics.
Bungie really should have a yearly bug like this. They could do funny weapons, 12 man raids, sparrows in EVERY activity, or a low gravity mode or something. They could have it as a secret event between dawning and guardian games or they could put it just at any random point when the game is stale. but maybe make it so its easy to do on console. Console players always need a little helping hand for their slow little cursors.

I’m surprised not many people made aggressive frame slugs. It shoots like an aggressive frame, but each pellet is a slug.
the possibility for makeing your own exotic gun might be kinda hype.
My clan member had a vexcaliber with dead messengers perk and ended up doing 18 million damage by himself using only vex
During the weekend I tried to put the Dead Messenger intrinsic on the Forbearance, it was even better than the regular one lmao
Also I soloed Prophecy with a fusion and a Fire and Forget with the same intrinsic, and it did so many damage (In the end of activity screen it showed almost 21 000 000 of damage 👀)
Tripple wave forbearance waves are so small in comparison to normal crafted waves

I think Bungie is legit 3 Kinetic melees away from accidentally making a Kinetic subclass.
The Rock is a Kinetic grenade, the class abilities can be literally the exact same, Tremors can be one of the verbs, we're pretty much just missing melees

bro, i used phone data, dowloaded a game, had about 20 tabs open with some twitch stream on, another 20 with youtube on, listened to music and obvo the 30fps AND STILL COULDNT geth the glitch to work.
