My High King, I have a proposal; once the 1 ring is destroyed, We Secure Mount Doom and the realm of Mordor and use its resources and Fire to forge a Strong Fortified Realm for US. Here we can entrench, and when Durin Awakens have another Realm Fortified and prepared for The Daggor Dagorath.
Hello, my friend. We had some unexpected situation here, as the Breelanders were destroyed, unfortunately. They were good allies, they fought for us, however they could not withstand the press of Ered Luin. This is another in the list of the crimes that Gridfarn and his pawns did, something that we should avenge! I feel that, as Ered Luin expand into Cardolan, we can use it, so that we can unite the realm if we go conquering along the line of Gwathlo. I support getting the two castles in Barad Vin and Argond, so as to protect Tharbad from possibe attacks, which will be perfect if we allow Aragorn to go from Mengalen to Metraith, thus protecting the north of Tharbad, which we hold - or perhaps we get there and sell it to Aragorn... My suggestion for this is to send everything we have in forts, even mercenaries and units that cannot be retrained, in order to achieve those goals for us and expend them, in order to save upkeep and advance our economy. In the mainland, thus the Vale of Anduin, the Misty Mountains and the Grey Mountains, wherever we have governors, we don't need bug garrisons, so everything there can go out to the fronts. It is surely important to eliminate Angmar, or else their big armies will expand in the rebel regions and again become a headache... As for Mithlond, I suggest to leave them to the Dwarfs for now, as we cannot go back and forth all the time. My suggestion is to secure with Buzra-dum for now and then, after Balin and the others eliminate Angmar, to rush into the Blue Mountains and exalt the traitor Dwarfs from there, before descending down and press them from everywhere. This way, we will be able to secure our positions in what we want, we will be able to aid the Dunedain and the Elfs and we will eliminate our enemies. And now, let's add another small episode in our story: Oin received the news and he cried. The very last leaders of Breeland were dead, as coordinated attacks from the Dwarfs of Ered Luin killed them wherever they found them, either in battles or with assassinations. It became clear that Gridfarn's plan was exactly this, to storm the Breeland area with as many armies as possible. Perhaps they would lose some battles, but killing the generals and everyone who could take the command was the most important. After that hit, however, the Council tried to maintain the control, but no one of them was a competent leader and had the position an the authority to take over, so they split their ways and scattered. Even Bilbo Baggins himself was killed by assassins - it was said that a crossbow bolt ended the life of the peaceful Hobbit. Oin's memories went back to the days of danger during the expedition of Thorin Oakenshield and the vital contribution of him to the cause. Oin didn't hesitate to cut his beard, before delivering the grim news to Balin and also to Dain. Both Balin and Dain, after receiving the news, cut their beards and made an oath for revenge. Aragorn was also very sad when he heard of those news, but he didn't hesitate and councelled with Halbarad and Hirvegil, his most trusted generals, and sought the need of expanding their territory, so that Angmar would be denied any possible expansion, or else they would once again become a big headache. His letter to Balin said exactly this, with supplies and thanks for the contribution to the Dwarfs of Khazad-dum to his cause and for the Good of Middle Earth. "That's one of the many crimes of Grindfarn, even from his tomb he spreads the Evil", those were his words. Almost by mistake, the Dwarfs were in front of Aragorn as he marched towards Bree, as his scouts told him that a Dwarven army, from Khazad-dum, were right in the city, just in front of him... But Aragorn didn't hesitate, he changed his road immmediately and went to Mengalen, the old town of Cardolan that held the Barrow Downs. They had already been restored, the Breelanders had got rid of the Barrow Wights, so Aragorn got in very easily and was greeted. But the very next moment, a letter came to him from Bree, as the Dwarfs were eager to give Bree to his forces, as soon as they repelled the force from Ered Luin that was right outside. Aragorn learned that the battle was long and weary, but in the end the Ered Luin army was eliminated, so he was quite happy for this. "Let's hope that Balin agrees to immediate action", he said to his captains, "because Angmar will surely capitalise on this and will try to expand, as I'm pretty sure that Grindfarn's pawns have already started to. And those two can become a big headache".
Question to Ligizd and other viewers, who has played Third Age: Total War. When it comes to strengths and weaknesses in unit rosters, what are the differences in unit rosters between Dwarves of Khazadum, Dwarves of Ered luin and Dwarves of Erebor?
Khazad-dum especially without EUR has higher armour Erabor has higher attack and Ered Lun has better ranged as like an oversimplification of it with EUR there all more well rounded especially with the inclusion of recruitable Cav but all 3 are pretty fairly well rounded it’s more the enemy you fight but at some point all will/should fight the snow orcs just as erabor there your first enemy Khazad Dum second enemy and Ered Lun depending on what you pick they’re normally your last enemy but again that’s just a generalisation mixed in with my own experience playing all 3
But when you get to the late stage units for all 3 factions the stats are similar and are all high and so I’ve found khazad-dum has more armour piercing units with higher armour erabor has a high attack stat and faster movement (by like 5% but still) and again Erid-Lun has the ranged units and as their crossbows they are armour piercing aswell
Ered luin has powerfull pikeman, and the script of the three Rings, erebor has the orcani clan hall System where you can train powerfull blacklock crossbows and ironfist Hammers

Any tips on how to play this mod on Windows 11 without it crashing? Or does it only work flawlessly on Windows 10?
