Balin's gaze is fixed on a singular goal-the reclamation of Khazad-dûm, one of the most ancient and revered dwarven realms. The halls of our forefathers must once again ring with the sound of hammers and the songs of Durin's sons. The path ahead is fraught with peril, and enemies lurk in every shadow, but the indomitable will of the dwarves knows no equal. Through courage, determination, and sheer force of will, victory shall be ours, and Khazad-dûm will be restored to its rightful glory.

LORE
48 years after the Battle of the Five Armies, Balin, along with Flói, Óin, Ori, Frár, Lóni, Náli, and a large colony of Dwarves embarked from the Lonely Mountain to the Misty Mountains to reclaim the lost dwarven city of Moria. Dáin II Ironfoot reluctantly gave his permission for the venture, fearing Durin's Bane, which he had seen with his own eyes at the Battle of Azanulbizar. Balin hoped to reclaim some of the treasure of the lost realm such as the Ring of Thrór (actually taken from Thráin II by Sauron). The initial battles took place from the Dimrill Dale to the Chamber of Mazarbul in which Flói was killed before the Dwarves reached the First Hall. Nevertheless everything went well as the Dwarves were fiercely determined to take back their home, slaying every orc in their path, eventually some of Moria was reclaimed and they dwelt in the Twenty-first Hall of North end until Balin moved to the Chamber of Mazarbul, which then became his seat of rule. For the next five years, Balin ruled as Lord of Moria. The orcs became a mere nuisance in those years and were not a serious threat. During this time, Balin and company found Durin's Axe and some sort of 'helm', possibly the crown of Durin I. The Dwarves sent word of their success to Erebor, speaking of their prosperity and new colony within Moria, but after sometime went quiet, leaving King Dáin and the rest in the dark about the expeditions eventual fate.
Hello, my friend. A very nice episode, Gundabad is on its last legs, and you are the one who will cut them! Wrakyaburg is their last region and they are about to fall. I also suppose that the siege in Gundagood will be terminated, if not Balin is very close. The next enemy is Angmar, where you can rush at their backside from Gundagood and claim all of their lands till Carn Dum, while Durin marches straight for the big fortress of the Iron Crown. You can add to the press by attacking from their south, to Morva Tarth and Mount Gram from Nochva Rhaglaw and Cameth Brinn. You get two new governors north, the one can go to Burzakul and the other to Gundagood to relieve Balin and Oin, so that they can join to the war with Angmar. Oin will surely need a new army, as this one is rather depleted and the low tier units will have to stay to get retrained. Otherwise, your new recruitment is important for the upcoming war with Angmar, but it has an impact on your economy. Bree seems to be a superpower, however now they reach the power base of Ered Luin and the situation can be very different. As the counter of the Dwarfs is also very powerful and the Breeland armies are inferior to the Dwarfs. So, be ready for everything, as the Dwarven counter can easily reach your frontiers.
And now, let's add a small episode to our story:
Balin's army was really unstoppable. The finest army in Middle Earth, brought news of doom for the Snow Orcs. Prior to be under siege, the messages showed the march of the Mithril Legion to Framsburg, then to Eorlstone and then to Burzakul killing Snow Orcs. A very last and very powerful army stood in the way, assembled from the very pits of Burzakul and marched south to kill Balin, but the Dwarfs were not afraid of it, took it head-on and destroyed it. Not even the notorious Half-Trolls, the Troll Avergers and the Snow Trolls could stand against Balin's army. And now, they sat on top of Burzakul.
"I highly doubt if there is a force that can take out such a powerful army", Borin said to Oin between the preparations of the defense. "Was it like this during the Old Days?".
"Such are the descriptions that come through the years", Oin said. "And even in the Battle of the Last Alliance one of such armies fought on the side of the Elfs".
"It is said that even Gil-Galad, before his death, mentioned our armies and their valour", Borin said with a nostalgic tone.
"Indeed", Oin said. "Many in Rivendell have shown us the records - and those have seen the splendour of our armies".
"So, what we do now?", Borin returned to the present. "Shall we sally out of here to repel those pesky Orcs in front of our doors? Shall we wait? And what is next for our realm?".
"We wait for now", Oin said. "As Burzakul fell, I suppose that the army in front of our doors will soon be short of supplies and they will have to retreat. Our spies have confirmed that the last region remaining is Wrakyaburg and we gather our forces to terminate the plague of the Snow Orcs. Then, our company here, honoured for their daring attack right behind the enemy lines, will need a refreshment before the next step".
"Angmar, I suppose", Borin said. "Those lands are the ancient realm of Durin the First, the founder of our nation. We extended from here to Carn Dum and south till Mount Gram. We abandonned those lands when Khazad-dum was founded, but here we come again and we reclaim our realm of old. Angmar sits on top of them, so we must kill them and expel themfrom our lands".
"That's true", Oin said. "The Witch King exploited our own towns and villages to give them to the Hillmen and we are here, after three Eras, to make this wrong the way it should be. But we must be patient at this stage, my friend. Can we attack Angmar as we are right now? That would be a suicide. No, we must regroup and rest a bit before we march on Angmar".
Borin simply nodded in agreement.

that elite army is everything i have wanted to see from someone playing the dwarves just pure grind and crushing everything.
but you may need to trade burzakil and wrackyaburg to Erebor for dains halls since neither really are as finically equal to dains halls.
Yes! The battle between the last stand of Gundabad vs the Mithril army is so epic!!
The battle against the half trolls was tense if their general hadn't gone running in the open who knows how many units you could have lost.

in that battle(1:05:12) you attack with only 3 goat 28 wargs and you kill them all not lose not even 1 goat,i know wargs are "killers" of cavalry but now we have new destroyer of cavalry..

I did not know that divide and conquer mod had dwarven cavalry. Can’t say I’m happy about this Hollywood R*pe of Tolkien’s lore, wished they would remove it.
other than that, it’s a good mod.
Yeah that's what Arachir also said and why there are none in the older versions of the mod. It's not lore accurate but it's fun :))
