Never siya na burn out kasi for most years sa ibang bansa naman siya nag trabaho, mas makatao ang training doon. Unlike dito sa Pilipinas they take advantage of your fame kaliwat kanan trabaho birit kung birit. Lea made a good choice leaving the country and now she has all the credibilities to choose the work that she wants to do.
At 40, wow I reckon Lea Salonga is a genius in our midst. Who else had put in much discipline and committed to almost a lifelong excellence starting at a tender age of 7, the voice is a God given talent and everything else that went along with it, the wit, the smarts, the sparkly and engaging personality, but she really made sure to put in the work and focus, and displayed no complacency or entitlement at all like other superstars. A really inspiring character!

I remember being so young and wishing I had the money to watch miss saigon.. that was year 2000. Anyway 2 decades later I finally got to watch leah salonga when she played Mrs. Lovett last year in the play sweeney todd. I have watched broadway plays in Dubai like Annie and I can definitely say Leah Salonga despite her age is just so wonderful and amazing! She is indeed a very talented artist and her experience in broadway really shines. I am glad I could finally watch her live.. hopefully I can watch one of her shows again after this pandemic. Although I still regret not getting to watch her play in Miss Saigon live.
I agree that Lea Salonga is truly a one-of-a-kind singer here in the Philippines. The reason why I think so is that she sings with clarity and care for her voice, she is not a "birit queen" but rather a storyteller that gives justice to the meaning of the song. Lea Salonga is truly a wonderful person, inside and out.
Wine smells and tastes better after proper ageing. Like cheese are, only the smell differs, cheese matures in smell and taste..smell transformed to mature and taste is from good to better. I haven't smelled lea yet..but i presume she smell sooo fresh when she was younger. LOL. I really admire her though!🙊🙊🙊
