IDK how you feel about the EVeyle plot point, but I personally see it as how Sombron sees and views Veyle. Veyle as a useless pawn at best and a tool at worst. And even after the whole situation, Veyle takes it upon herself to atone for her evil self’s actions. No one asked her to do that, that was the REAL Veyle’s choice. And as reckless she was being here, trying to take Lumera on by herself, it fits with Veyle’s character and shows that she isn’t perfect.

Oh I agree with Veyle being the best written character. She ended up being one of my favorites as well.
