Thoroughly enjoying this. Standing, sitting or on the floor…all your strength workouts are great. Thank you!
This was great! I usually avoid mat workouts, not because I have trouble getting up and down, but because sometimes it is hard to follow - I can't look at the computer screen and do the movement at the same time. Your talking us through the movements helped to make that not as difficult. Thank you for this strength workout.
Loved this!
I have been exercising at home with videos and youtube for years now. I recently discovered your channel, and have really appreciated the workouts I've tried so far. I like the variety and find your commentary excellent and helpful. It helps me to stay focused and use good technique. Thanks a bunch Cindy!

I like it. Does help to sometimes get on the floor so thanks.
Glad you are maintaining that skill. Continue your dedication to staying healthy and strong and keep me posted on your progress.
Wonderful!! Please do more floor weights. Bonus add pelvic floor exercises. :).
What size are your weights on the floor exercise
I use 2lbs. Use what works for you, usually 2, 3 or 5lb is used most by my students. Good for you being active!
