Tried this since i have hoen kue flour and water chestnut at hand. Reduced 10g sugar but it's still too sweet to my liking. Will try again maybe with only 50-60g Edit: i made it again today with only 60g sugar and everyone love it. It's sweet but not too much until you wont be able to eat. Btw it's better to wait for the green part to set or the white will 'sink' into the green part
did u follow her exact measurements, but reduced sugar to 60g? how many will it make? also wondering if can skip the pandan leaves for plastic cups? i know the pandan adds a nice scent to the dessert but just wondering if it makes a huge difference. thanks!
