Such a great piece . Blue is nice , but they gray is the one that’s just a stunner ! This over the sub every time

I totally agree! After 1 year I'm still loving my Yacht Master. I'm actually wearing mine today. The 'slate' dial with the ice blue secondhand is mesmerizing. It's my second Rolex. I also own a pepsi dial on oyster bracelet. Have a wonderful day!

I agree, the Yacht-Master it is a superior watch in every sense compared to Submariner, i own both and have no doubts about it.

In what way. It doesn’t have better water resistance, it doesn’t have a better bracelet/clasp( no glide lock), it doesn’t have the scratch resistant ceramic bezel. It doesn’t have a lume pip on the bezel. And it’s not as iconic.

I have the latest version of this watch, and I love everything about it EXCEPT the name. It’s such a terrible name, so I call mine the raft-master. For me, the benefits include bi-directional rotating bezel for second time zone tracking when I’m traveling for work. Fit and finish is incredible, and while it’s not a watch for everyone, I really like the design, and the case is so damn sexy, agreed that it’s a more refined look and can be dressed up AND down.

It’s a beautiful watch, large proportions, but each to his own. I thought it was 44mm diameter but I thought I heard you say 40?
Hey buddy, if you were to include the crown then the width is 44mm. However, on paper, the 116622's diameter is 40mm. But personally I feel it's more like 41mm. 😅
@@watchat888 oh ok, yeah that’s not too large then, I wear a seamaster as my beater it’s 42, I’m not sure if that includes crown guard I’d never actually thought of it. I think my next watch will be the master ultra thin moon, by JLC, saw it in a boutique while trying on a santos and it really spoke to me. I think we have the same taste in watches, I remember you also bought a sky flake around the same time I did.
looks nice. does the titanium bezel make the watch lighter? never really try titanium watches before, but seems like it's getting popular among the watch brands
Can't say that it's lighter also because the rest of the case and bracelet is still stainless steel 😋
The reason it’s not lighter is because the bezel is platinum not titanium!!!

Great video buddy! I agree on everything you say about this model! In my opinion its the best stainless steel sports model! Def better than the sub!
Thanks there buddy. It kinda one up over the sub. Looks more luxurious even if you compare it to the white gold subs IMHO.
