Morris Minor Goes to Italy - European Road Trip Part 2

A Morris Minor adventure. After achieving Strasbourg in 2 days and 5 countries, I attempt to make countries 6 and 7 of the trip on day 3. I cross Switzerland, climb the Gotthard Pass and reach Lake Maggiore in my 1968 Morris Minor Traveller with it's stock 1098cc engine and standard gearbox.

I saw one in Hong Kong several years ago. In old English white and in good condition. Around the same time, I also saw a Rover Mini in BRG.

A nice weather trip! Unless it was for the views, I am intrigued why you chose to use the St Gottardo pass rather than the tunnel? Up to last year there were a lot of roadworks on the pass route which led to many delays but it seems from your video that they are now completed.
