1. Pizza Recipe
1 Glass and a half of Szymanowska type 480 wheat flour
4 teaspoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar
Half a glass of milk
7 grams of dry yeast
A few cherry tomatoes
1 mushroom
A few dried tomatoes in brine
A couple of salami slices
A few olives
green onion
Mozzarella a few slices
Cheese
3 tablespoons of tomato puree
A mixture of herbs
Oregano
Optional salt and pepper
2. Cooking method
Pour flour, yeast, salt, sugar, lukewarm milk and olive oil into the bowl. We knead for about 5 minutes. Place the dough immediately on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with puree and arrange, salami, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in half, olives, sliced mushrooms, onion and basil leaves. Put them in a preheated oven for 200c for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we take out our pizza and put the cheese on it and put it back in for 7-8 minutes. It is delicious, I recommend it to you.
