1. Recipe for Tart with fruit and Jelly
1 egg
125 grams of cold butter
A little salt
150 grams of fine sugar or powdered sugar
300 grams of flour
3 and a half tablespoons of cream 18%
1 strawberry jelly
1 peach jelly
A few strawberries
Half a can of peaches
2. Cooking method
Knead the dough from flour, sugar, butter, salt, egg and cream. Put it in a bag and in the fridge for an hour. Grease the tart form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We put the dough on it and prick it with a fork so that it does not rise. We put the parchment and pour out the peas. Put it in a preheated oven, 190c for 15 minutes. After this time, remove the peas and bake the dough for another 15 minutes. Put the sliced strawberries on half of the baked and cooled tart and on the other half put the peaches. Pour the dissolved and solidifying jellies over the fruit. We put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. After this time, the tart is ready to be served. Happy Cooking. oo tak ..tak idźmy na łatwiznę 😅ja to uwielbiam w kuchni ,więc jak trzeba wałkować ,to ja znikam 😵. jeszcze chociaż cieniutka warstewka kremu mile widziana ,ale i tak zjadłabym kawał tej tarty ,bo mam ochotę na coś słodkiego 🤗
Możemy dać z kremem to już więcej kalorii, i wejdzie nam w boczki 😅
