Having been asthmatic for over 70 years, my advice is put your arms above your head and lean forwards. Count your breathing. Breathe out for twice as long as you breathe in. It’s very important to empty the lungs before trying to breathe in. Slow long breaths. Remain calm.
This was a little help because I’m having an asthma attack right now sort of and I’m at a my grandmas and everyone is ASLEEP. Edit: I almost blacked out with no air 😱. Another edit: I’m 11 and I had asthma when i was 3 😱

The high caffeine factor of coffee is a negative influence. Hot water is the best.
