To give you a little backstory on this video, I started filming it the week of the summer solstice (it felt like the perfect way to kick off summer). I had the most amazing few days of beachy mornings, breakfasts outside, making my summer bucketlist and favorite lemonade recipe, all the summery things. I was so excited to get this video to you guys because I think it's one of my new favorites. I had so much fun editing this, to the point where it continually was evolving into something different than I had planned. I'd spend one day editing and liked how it was going and then the next morning wake up and start over from scratch because it just wasn't what I wanted it to be. After many days in my editing dungeon I feel like it's finally ready to share. I hope it brings you a little bit of summer happiness 😊 My apologizes for taking so long to get it to you, but I hope you still enjoy it nonetheless.

I love that Jared gets to experience life with you. I feel like you have brought out a childlike joy and freedom he wouldn't get to experience in most relationships. He is free to be silly and goofy and have fun with you. Whether thats natural in him or not, you give him the space to let his inner child out and give him the wheel. Its very refreshing and wholesome to watch. I wish more men got to be boys like this

I just want to say that although I don't get to romanticize my life the way you do, your videos often give me inspiration for how to make some beautiful core memories with my kids. Last night we went to a community band concert for kids in our town where the kids were marching around with balloons and glow sticks (okay some of us grownups joined in too😅). And today we saw a circus and had ice cream after. Now we're cooling off in our little pool. And because I got to watch your video before any of that awesome stuff happened, none of it felt like a "should do" or "have to" (because let's be real, with kids it's often a ton of work to make fun things happen), but instead everything felt like a fun adventure! You really changed my mindset to "I GET TO do this awesome stuff with my kids"

And because of the fact that I care so much about this beautiful community you've created, I really want to encourage you to look more into BetterHelp, and reconsider partnering with them. They are not a good company, and while I'm so glad if they have improved your life, they have also simultaneously ruined so many other peoples. The ethics of their company is not good. So please, look farther into them and their practices

So funny that now that you live in a coastal town you’ve fallen in love with summer! I live on an island and summer has always been my favorite season. When I started watching UA-cam I found all of these women’s channels and they were all obsessed with the fall and I was like “wut?” Loving fall had literally never occurred to me. It must be because fall is more beautiful in other areas of the country. Summer is amazing where I live on the ocean but fall can be kind of blah. I’ve learned to appreciate fall more now, partly through your channel! 😂 but I guess it makes all the difference where you live!

14:30 🌎 Grounding/Earthing. Yes!!! I believe there is something to being in contact with the Earth as well, as everything has a frequency, and the frequency from the ground is healing for our bodies. I try to get outside and walk barefoot every day as well, and I have definitely been feeling better since doing this! It might take a while to notice a difference, so hang in there for everybody who may be new to this! ❤
People could learn so much from the way you view life, please never change. I was having such a scary bad night and this is just what I needed that escape from life to appreciate how you live your life in beautiful magical ways

I don't get along with the summer heat anymore, is too much for my body, and where i live there are no beaches around. I love autumn more than i can say, and this summer, with a few exceptions, felt like autumn - temperatures under 20 Celsius, torrential rains, storms. But seeing this video, and others from all the past years, i feel extremely nostalgic. I remember all the summer camps, hiking in the mountains with the tent, vacations at the sea. And all the memories have indeed this retro to vintage filter, a special light which can be seen only in summer evenings. Regardless of where we are, how warm it is, is the feeling that stays with us for the rest of our lives. And like autumn, like any other season, summer have magic in it also. A lot. Only to remember it, to give ourselves permission to feel again. Thank you for these beautiful reminders!♥♥♥

Thanks for the fun summer video. I am now writing up my bucket list. Sadly due my age and arthritis, there are many things I cannot do anymore (no dancing on the beach for me), but I can make lemonade, do a virtual hike, make summer cards and press flowers and of course create a summer themed playlist on Spotify.

Your videos Remember me that the world can be magical. This year it was filled with networking, making connections, taking chances and taking big adult decisions. I don't think I will be actually able to "rest" this sunmer, I really can not afford it, and even id I'm happy that things are finally happening in my working life, am so overwelmet by it. It's very hard feeling the heavy weigh of an adult life. You bring me joy and the hope that all this hard work will make sense one day. There's nothing like summers in New England-used to spend my summers in Maine as a camp counselor. I'm in Ohio now but still get a little taste of it, although it's unseasonably hot this year. It truly doesn't take much money to enjoy the beauty of our seasons.

Summer is the only season where I can go out because I live in a cold area with long winters and not many events (even in the Summer). This video is so helpful! I LIVE for Summer. The rest of the seasons here are very depressing.
