A very important thing to keep in mind: you have to "cut cabbage into shreds with your left hand".

Avocado oil has a higher smoke point and is more appropriate for high heat cooking

EVO will not work in high heat it has a low smoking point but you can modify by adding another oil with the EVOO to raise the smoking point
