Man, those early 2000s garage rock tunes were something.
They started with the drums and guits blasting like hell, which was closely followed by a beaten up distortion pedal and the kids howling their hearts out like if they were being dragged to Irak, all of it hitting you like a frickin' freight train of awesomness....
And then, suddenly, the song ended like it started, after 2 or 2 minutes in a half, tops.
What a ride!!!

I'm the same age as this song is. I love their raw energy, which really stands out from all of my listening experiences before (10s pop/EDM/rap music). Being a fan of theirs over one year, and of course it will keep going.

This was around the time garage rock was in full effect, with the strokes, the vines, franz ferdinand, the white stripes, and the like blasting away their guitars. This was back in 2003. Sigh, those were the times. You can't bring it back now, so make the most out of what you've got right now. As that Strokes song goes, "You Only Live Once" /GK

One of my favourite songs by these guys. I think it’s just a heavy hitter in the angst department, it’s unapologetic and loud. love that :) Vocally it’s not easy to replicate without blasting out your vocal chords. Pretty impressive that he’s got any haha! Good technique, just doesn’t sound like it. Impressive though!

Just went to one of their shows and the singer was saying "we're gonna play a song that our longtime fan will recognise" and they played this but I recognized it because it was on Rock Band 1. I only really know "Die Alright", "Hate To Say I Told You So" and "Main Offender" but the rest of their songs were awesome too.
