Yeees, my parents used to listen it when I was four or five years old. Now I'm 17 and I have just recalled one of their songs and found this channel.... It's sooo nostalgic
I love the things you leave (and put) in your videos: your mike getting unplugged, scenes from old movies, etc. Jack's energy is contagious. Nataley just seems to float through time so gently. Her eyes look at you with such love. Put a ring on it, Jack! She's amazing!
It's videos like this that make UA-cam so friggin awesome. It validates the medium. I'm so glad I found you guys on here!!! I could imagine seeing this video, EXACTLY as it is here, on on MTV back in the day. You know, when they actually played music. It's got 120 minutes written all over it. Keep it coming!!!
I don't think she needs to show emotion. Her singing style isn't something that's over the top. I think she does just fine. What brings it together is that she is looking at the camera, like she can see every person watching. Idk about all you guys, but this is pure genious! I wish i could play music like this.
What these two show is that anyone with talent and a modest budget for equipment can make stellar music in their living room that compares to (and in this case, goes beyond) much of what is put out by the machine today. Pomplamoose pioneers!
My guess: this song is using a centrifuge, which is a scientific instrument that revolves at high speeds, as a metaphor for two people who are “revolving around each other” in a relationship
I'd say my favorite part of these videos is they are obviously having a good time making them. That's the most important thing. It doesn't hurt that the music is good.
Don't know if it is the multiple layers of instruments, mixing or just raw talent....your songs are addictive. I walked around whisling "Hail Mary" yesterday at work, much to the dismay and bewilderment of my coworkers. Please keep up the incredible music. Greetings from Nebraska!
i love the fact that you guys can have such fun with making the videos and making the music. Its refreshing to see a change in pace in artists now days. :D i love you guys, you make a great musical team!! go team pomplamoose!! :DD
I keep coming back to this song. You guys are super talented! Keep making music, and above all *keep of having fun!* I think that's why you guys speak to me, and so many others.
only 2 people? Brilliant editing who is the editor he deserves an award...just brilliant...we all know who is going to be winning all the music awards pretty soon :)
this music makes me so ecstatically high...high...high like a big blue balloon flying in a blue blue sky. Thanks again!! this is my fav song of all of them.
I'm telling you... I'm confident that they can do anything by this point. Play any instrument, and pull off their own beautiful version of virtually ANY song.
Amazingly good song! Wish I had all your gadgets and toys and cool instruments...and the time to play with them. Wurlitzer, hammond, all the classic guitar-effects...man!
this channel is probably the most amazing thing that i have stumbled on from the featured page....i hope all the spam from the featured video isn't getting to you too much...lol i felt bad for jack at the end of this video, poor jack oh so tired....keep up the good job guys you are amazing =D
Man, that piano sounds just like pizzicato strings. I wasn't looking when the video started and had to switch over real quick to check. You guys are amazing artists. Made me smile all night watching your videos. :-)
Straight from a random look at the Featured Page to my number one favorite collection of tunes. Centrifuge, Hail Mary, My Favorite Things ... this is some truly amazing stuff. You both are so camera-friendly, funny, engaging, spine-tinglingly talented and original. It is a downright viral combination that will make you both as famous as you wanna be (provided there is any justice in this world). Thank you from Virginia - anxiously awaiting your next VideoSong™!
14 years later and they've got 1.5 million subs, a raging musical career, and one of the greatest arsenals of music talent on the internet (or really even among indie music duos in general). It seems there was justice indeed.
I used to listened to you guys a lot when I was 17, I’m 29 now and this is so nostalgic 😭

I don't think she needs to show emotion. Her singing style isn't something that's over the top. I think she does just fine. What brings it together is that she is looking at the camera, like she can see every person watching.
Idk about all you guys, but this is pure genious! I wish i could play music like this.

"I can't hear myself..." hilarious. Reminds me of the last 26 years working in community television :/
No idea what the lyrics are supposed to mean, but I do love the music
My guess: this song is using a centrifuge, which is a scientific instrument that revolves at high speeds, as a metaphor for two people who are “revolving around each other” in a relationship

Rockin! It looks like you guys have so much fun making these. My mother always told me to find the person you can be silly with... and marry them.
Was 'If you think you need some lovin' a reboot of this? The glock melody really reminds me of it. It's one of my favourite songs
