John... when you are shooting multiple groups on the same target for comparison, are you aiming at the X ring and using offset so the groups are separated?

There's different ways to do it. You can just dial across and up or down or actually put a bunch of aiming dots on the target.

when I open a saved target, create a box around the shots and go the the upper left icon, the "Analysis" line does not appear below the "Caliber " line as shown in your videos. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not totally sure and would email them however the first thing I would check is make sure you have the most current firmware installed.

@@FClassJohn Adam emailed me back and told me to clear the cache on my tablet. That solved the problem. He said in his next firmware update the "analysis" line will always be visible without having to create the blue box first.

I don’t own one but have access at my local range. Can the data be saved on another device and. analyzed later? Right now I take screen shots and use other software to analyze my groups. Thanks

I have updated mine to the April 2020 update. I still can’t get the Analysis menu to show. Will it not show on prior saved targets, or will only show on targets after I did this update?

I honestly don't know. I think it should work but make sure you open the target you want to see data on first then open the menu. Otherwise you may want to email Shotmarker and ask them.
